never get my neighbor's mail, but I'll get his packages everytime! DO BETTER

Lately, they've just been understaffed. I don't like the fact that they just started scanning my packages as "delivered" but I receive them two days later. This is pretty recent, at least for us. The nice lady at the counter was very candid and apologetic. She explained the situation. They need people.
