This place is incredibly dirty. I’ve seen the workers make food without GLOVES on. The meat is all old and grey, workers rude and the manager is an idiot that doesn’t know how to run a store. No wonder this place is always dead. Will never be back and advise you to not eat here EVER!

Worst place ever. Never know when they will even be open. And when they are open they always seem to be out of something. This morning the whole system was down. I honestly don't know how they keep the doors open.

It’s quite simple. The employees don’t care and the food and service suffer as a result. It’s never busy and now I know why. This location is a one and done for me.

This Wendy’s ALWAYS fails me. Every time I’ve tried to give them a shot they have new faces, new employees and the same horrible experience. The cashier “Genesis” was not informative at all. She failed to inform that there would be an up charge to ordering a lemonade. Normally that wouldn’t have been an issue but since there coke machine wasn’t working and all they had was diet drinks available I got a lemonade for them. The up charge normally wouldn’t be a problem for ME but I work in a facility with where the individuals with intellectual disabilities I support come with a fixed amount for whenever they purchase lunches. She did not tell me that there would be an upcharge nor did she tell me the total in general. I do not carry extra change nor does the facility provide change. Apart from that they said they couldn’t do 3 separate orders. So instead of helping me or providing me with solutions I let them know that I didn’t mind going back around. The host “ATO” was very rude and dismissive. She did not care nor were they friendly with all the inconveniences they caused.I also ordered through the app and got a coke before I was made aware that there wasn’t supposedly any regular drinks available. They handed me a coke? Probably diet. Again I was very polite it was just a very stressful and confusing situation. That Wendy’s is very consistent with providing horrible service.

Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to anywhere! The drive thru here is an absolute nightmare. They take forever to acknowledge you, and when they do, they tell you they’ll be with you in just a minute. Then you stay at the speaker for another 10 ministers before they even take your order. That’s just half the battle. When you get to the window to pay, be ready to spend at least another 10 minutes waiting for your food. And when you get your food, don’t be surprised when you get cold fries that taste off, and if you get chicken nuggets be prepared to feel sick afterwards. If you want a better overall experience, go to the Wendy’s on Cleveland Hwy instead.

I was just at the restaurant at 9:09pm (closing isn't until 10pm) and no body answered the speaker, and the little black girl walked up to the window and completely ignored that we were there.

This is the worst ran and managed resteraunt I'd Dalton. I refuse to go back there. The kids working there have zero direction from leadership and it shows. It's like they get mad because they have to work.

Stopped in for lunch. The freestyle machine was out of order. No big deal.So we order and as I'm finishing up my order with a drink request, I'm informed they have no diet options for drinks.It would have been nice to know that before we all had ordered.

If I could have given zero stars I would. Ordered to burgers and fries for my boyfriend and I… waited at drive thru for at least 15 min. The burgers were made wrong and all we asked for was no tomato. Food was not as warm as it should be. Employees were literally standing with their arms crossed. When I called and told the manger and told him I just wanted him to be aware… he said “ok that’s fine”
