I opened my first USA banking account with them. Very polite and educated. Answered all of my questions patiently. I did not make an appointment beforehand and was attended without any problem.

One of the worst WF I have ever been in. Five employees in the building. Two were doing who knows what, one taking care of people who need to see a banker, one at the drive through and one at the counter. 6 people in front of me when I come in. Three people waiting for a banker and two more walker in to see teller. Not one person says I'm sorry for your very long wait and the teller let a Spanish speaking customer come to the front of the line and get service. Really? Finally the teller at the window comes over getsy deposit. I never sign the back of my check I only write For Deposit Only. I bank with WF and have for years. This teller wants me to sign I ask why. I need your signature to deposit. I don't normally do it at the WF why now? They are NEVER consistent from I despise WF and your customer service sucks. Was in the WF for 30 mins. Do better.

I would never go to this bank and if you need help dont go to blakely cook shes is very unprofessional doesnt want to do her job then tell you that it would be 2 hours to talk to somebody else when the lobby is dead i would recommend banking with someone else and save your time

I went in to deposit a check. My account shows as my first name. I go by my middle name. So the name on the check was in my middle name. They said my middle name was no where on the account. Even with my ID and all the right stuff they kept telling me because of the name it would probably bounce. So I took the check, went to the one on Cleveland Hwy. no problem. Even told me that it clearly states “aka ‘middle name’”. I will defiantly make the one on Cleveland Hwy my go to branch now.

Had an amazing experience at this branch today. Took my daughter to open her first account and Brittani Jo, our banker, went above and beyond to assist with setting up her account and making it a special experience for her. It really made me feel good about doing business with WF.

This branch was the epitome of why I DO NOT back at Wells Fargo. I stopped in to request help with 2 checks that were issued to myself and deceased mother. First of all the only person to acknowledge me was the newest person, and only did so after she came to the conclusion that any one of the other five other employees were not going to acknowledge my presence. I explained the issue I was hoping to resolve, and she promptly stated she was new and would need help. All of the other employees, which were all standing around having personal conversations, never looked her way when she was trying to flag someone down. She finally had to hit the service bell to get the attention of her co-workers. I then re-explained my issue and this employee stated it would be half an hour before I could speak with any one about whether or not it could be resolved. So it takes 30 minutes for someone to make a phone call when there were no less than four people just standing around talking? I wish I could have taken a picture and shared it. Wells Fargo's apparent customer service standard is absolutely shameful, and must be the same standard they apply to hear balance sheets. They OVERCHARGED me by hundreds, possibly into the thousands of dollars on a car loan I previously had with them. I'm not even sure because I am still getting checks over a decade later... Truthfully it is has become another thorny reminder of a very painful family death whenever I receive one of these "remediation" checks, as I consider them theft reminders. First, they couldn't be bothered to issue the check with the name(s) the original loan was under so it could deposited without an issue, nor could they be bothered to notice a death certificate had already been filed. DO NOT do business with Wells Fargo, the mattress is way better.
