We had our first visit last Thursday, and it was absolutely fabulous. The provider literally spent almost 2 hours with us. The staff was great highly recommend this place my husband felt very taken care of, and most importantly listened to.

Was able to get a same day appointment so I could get Dr. note to return to work. The Dr office was clean and quiet even though the walmart was buslting outside. NP Sherry Pass was kind and through. They use MyChart so the Dr. notes were easily accessible (and able to download) on the portal as well they send you home with a printed copy. After my Dr. visit I picked up my grocery order I placed online. So convenient!

Mad respect for this place today they done great by figuring out what was wrong with me and my insurance was also canceled because my information wasn't updated from my job which I had no idea about until they told me. You have to love insurance companies ?♀️ But they done their justice by definitely helping me with everything today ? But if you are having female problems don't be afraid to come here just because they are a care clinic ?

Of course it wasn’t the fault of the receptionist, but whoever sets up appts on the phone at a central location (?) and gets all the info from your insurance card and other info, a 15minute waste of time if it is not an insurance that they take, SHOULD be totally sure if it is or isn’t accepted BEFORE a person makes time to sign up and go and show up for an appt made on the phone only then to be told it is NOT accepted!

My first visit was yesterday and the service was super professional. Most thorough physical I have had in years and the least expensive as well. Highly recommend this this place.

It’s so hard booking a appointment. No one ever answers and when they do it’s a week out and nothing sooner. Other then that the staff is very well

Extremely unprofessional staff. Attempted to contact by phone to set up an appointment, no one ever answered. Don’t bother calling- waist of time. Stopped in and was told there were booked for the day with appointments, had to take a lunch, and meetings. The person in front of me was able to make an appointment the next day. When it was my turn, I was told it would be two day before they would be able to schedule my in. I told the lady at the front desk, you started multiple appointment times to the person in front of me for the next day, why am I unable to be scheduled for tomorrow? She started it was due to my insurance provider. I’m sorry, that makes absolutely no sense. Left and when to a different walk-in clinic.

Usually, I’m scared to go to the doctor but they made me feel completely comfortable. Just went in for a regular checkup and told her some things I was worried about. Felt like I could confide in them. Completely affordable as well .

I had my first appointment here at this location and I have to give my kudos. I haven’t been to a doctors office in years because of how many bad experiences I have had, but I have to say that the NP Sherry Pass and the nurse(forgot her name) were so amazing! It was efficient, profession, and very throughout. I also, would like to say it is amazing that it is so cost effective for people without insurance! This will now be my preferred doctors office. :)

I liked the PA, but the overall experience was horrible. Unprofessional nurse and the wait was horrible even though I was the only one there.

Medical staff are very helpful and very nice to us we been there for flue shots . They accept most of all insurance. Special want to mention. They do accept Ammbeter Peach state insurance becoz its new to there area and very few doctors tale this insurance. This Walmart clinic tale care of you very well . No much time to wait
