I wanted to spend $300 on a piece of jewelry and because the jewelry department closes at 8, no one was willing to walk from customer service to the jewelry department at 8:30. Went to service desk and the lady her name is Doris acted like she hated helping us and saying that the reference number doesn't work. She was rude. Need to have someone who is happy to help customers

Great customer service, always friendly and quickly available. Bring back hand sanitizer stations and wipes for the carts. It’s gross that those disappeared shortly after Covid mandates.

Bought the wrong thing when I can to exchange it the associate wouldn't do it. Box was still closed and I'm damaged. Not the 2st time I have a bad experience at this Walmart.

Waited in line at pharmacy they had text and said medicine ready got there wasn’t ready. Had to wait. 20 minutes. Went to buy a few groceries. Checked out went back to the pharmacy. Still not ready. Went back and picked up something I forgot go back. Wait again go through check out start to leave and the guy the door wants to see my receipt I said no, If I can check myself out you have somebody standing there watching me you have somebody standing at the door. If you want to check my receipt then go check me out. Not dealing with these morons!

There is never a wait at self checkout. If there is it's maybe 1 minute. Self checkout isn't hard to use so shouldn't a problem with accidentally not scanning something. They don't discriminate w checking receipts. It is at Random and it's normally when you have just certain items. So you aren't stopped ND harassed if you just went and bought a meal to cook for the night or something. Obviously they will check if you havetoys, electronics, diapers, things of that nature but you should be understanding and not annoyed.
