I use Walmart delivery 3 times it used this store instead of the one i had chosen, and you wont know which store your order comes from unless you call. Well 3 times i have gotten deathly sick from their meat. ( It looked fine) i have gotten spoiled milk and bread with mold. This is a fairly new store what's the problem?

Called at 10am and asked to have a $60 medication put back on the shelf and tha my wife would be by that eve. To pick up the others that were ready. Well the didn't and my wife picked them all up anyway not knowing any better. When I tried to return them I was told that since my wife accepted them the couldn't be returned. Even though the were in a metallic unopened sealed bottle. That was money earmarked for grocery that week. Not only that but they run my scripts through Good RX knowing that I have major medical health insurance as well as Medicare. Having to fuss many times to get my deserved lowest price. Their location is wonderful for my wife to swing by and pick up. I really hate leaving them but now they have my grocery money for the weekSigned Mr. Hungry with no way out.

I bought one of the stores small package meals that they prepare in store later my granddaughter got it out to heat and ask why there were only three shells instead of the five stated on package. Because they only put small piece of cellophane tape on the side opposite the white sticky seal someone had opened the package and eaten two of shells then closed and replaced tap of course this went in the trash. I called the store at least five times no one answered the phone!!!!! I eventually called the pharmacy and they transferred me at least five times still no answer!!! So just check your food before purchasing as apparently no one is interested in feedback!!!!!!

The pharmacist are very nice but the lady with short hair and glasses is very rude. She always interrupts you when you are trying to talk to other staff members. She cuts you off when you are trying to talk and she thinks she knows everything. If it weren’t for the convenience of this pharmacy, I would have already gone to another one. They really need to get rid of her.

Warning: do not purchase a walmart money card because if for some reason you can not register it. It is impossible for you to recieve any of the money you put on it back. They will tell you to call that you need to call the number on the back of the card for any issues. The number on the back of the card is auto mated and there is nobody to speak to. When you call the 800 walmart number they tell you that you need to take it to the store for your return. After you sit on hold waiting for over 12 minutes for customer service to pick up the also try to refer you to the number on the back of the card. If you ask to speak to the store manager they also refer you to the 800, the number on the back of the card. This is after the 800 transferred you to both the number on the back of the card and green dot. After going through all this and have not been helped if you ask for the number of the "market manger of the store" which is what every other customer calls a distract manger. They refuse to give you both his name or office number for safety reason. I didn't ask for his full name, cell number or home address or even where his office was how is his first name and the office phone number a safely issue. I have worked in retail for over 30 years as everything from a part time associate to a store manager and have never refused a customer the number to the distract manager "market manager" nor have ever fought giving them the customer his name and number to his office and i have certainly never hung up on a customer who has asked for that informion. Why would i want to speak to corporate when the have absolutely no idea no idea what happens day to day in a store nor do the care about one customer in that store. I was completely given the run around all morning and still have not recieved an answer about how i will get my $75 back THE WALMART MONEY CARD IS A SCAM FOR WALMART TO MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY OFF THE CUSTOMERS AND THE WAY WALMART RUNS ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONSAL IT ALL MAKES ME REMEMBER WHY I SHOPPED AT TARGET ALL THESE YEARS.

Worst customer service around. I've waited upwards of 30 minutes at the drive through WHEN the drive through is even open. My doctor will electronically send over scripts and I've waited up to 24 hrs before even trying to go pick up and they won't even start on it until I show up. I've gotten text messages that my Rx is ready and when I show up the rudest tech in the world will inform me she's got nothing for me. I've used the app feature that lets you pay before you get there for "speedier checkout" and the pharmacy tech(the same rudest one in the world) who rang me up kept repeating "you can't do that" it will be $20.00 instead of just asking someone how to complete the transaction when someone pays online; after going back and forth for like 10 mins I finally just paid again and had to go back the next day to get refunded. I'm currently in the processes of transferring my prescriptions as my refills come due. I know its Walmart but a little common courtesy is never out of place.

Terrible customer service I will be moving my scripts!!!!! Only us d them twice and both times I was treated poorly and the pharmacist is extremely rude!

I like this pharmacy a lot. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful and the pharmacists are the best. They have taken time to help choose an over the counter medicine that worked best when I was unsure of what to buy. I really appreciate them.

The staff is always friendly, but they never answer the phone. Even the most common medicine(s)are regularly out of stock -_- and every single time i go, the wait seems eternal. seriously, i have never waited at any other pharmacy like i do at this one. I would change but Walgreens no longer takes my INS and this is the closest one with a drive-thru... and who wants to get out of the car when they themselves or their kids are sick and drag them into a store ..... Frankly the "2 stars" is really only BC the staff is always nice.

Every time I've tried to go to fill at this pharmacy, they're out of whatever medicine. Not sold out, never had it.
