I was sorely disappointed with the service. I was given a quote over the phone and a bunch of hidden fees later doubled my bill. That's fine but then in replacing my tires they broke three out of four my center caps. I was not happy. They gave me 15 bucks off inn which had so spend 40 on my center caps. I will not be back.

One man was outside when I pulled in and told me they couldn't change my oil that bc they were behind yet I was already on the phone with someone else working in auto who just told me yes come on in. It might be an hour but they would do it. And they did. The 1 man outside just didn't want to fool with it

Apparently I visited Walmart in "No one wants to work day " (or) "Everyone is looking a their phone day"I park and get out ask a guy in the garage whonI need to see about getting tires balanced. He points to the automotive desk inside and say I don't know you'll have to ask someone in there .I go in and told the guy at the automotive counter I wanted to have some tires balanced , how much will that cost, he says give me your key and your phone number. He walks out and take one look and says oh we can't put that on our lift.I said your balance the two front tires just slide a floor jack under it take the tires of and balance them. Its that easy. He's like oh okay..So I go back in the store and proceed to shop for almost an hour.I'm the only one who is having anything done at the automotive center BTW.So it's getting close to closing time at the automotive department, so I check out and preceded there oand ask how much I owe..The guy at the counter looks at me with kinda of blank expression and says oh sorry, we didn't balance your.I ask why, he's says because your tires are too bad.The tires were new and have less than 20,000 miles on them and are not bald or anything.?I have Groves tire and auto in Varnell to thank for my going to Walmart, because I went tp Groves first and watch two guys spend 30 minutes trying to figure out how to use the tire balancing machine and trying to put weights on one wheel. After several attempts to try and figure out to use the balancing machine, they finally call another guy who works there and ask home how to use the tire balancer and he gives them step by step instructions. After attempting to hammer on several weights, he stops and whines as he says I'm sorry I can't do this ,you'll have to call the owner of the shop. But after several attempts with different weights the guy there still couldn't hammer the new weights back on and began whining as he tells me he don't know how to do it and I'll have to come back the next day.No one there knew how to change and balance a tire for a 1984 A Chevrolet van.Yet the place is called Groves tire and auto.I've given them several chances to do something correctly and it has always been a very time consuming frustrating negative experience and I usually have to fix it correctly repair it myself or take it to someone else for repairs. It's like I go in for one problem and leave with three problems after being charged a ridiculous sum of money for a job poorly done and that is usually needs to be repaired again way before it should.Im left having to drive my vehicle with unbalanced tires on the front until I find someone who can.Whatever you do, don't take your vehicle to Grives tire and Itomotive for anythingNo skilled mechanics there, just some guys pretending they know how to work on a car and overcharge for the laborGroves tired and auto in Varnell Georgia, sux, Walmart auto center is usually great, but wicked badly yesterday and last night.shops around the area also suck,?Walmart automotive sucks and Grives tire and auto sucks ten times worse

I went to get my oil changed yesterday and they noted that all four tires were at 35 PSI. So imagine my surprise when my tires look a little flat, I take them to the air machine, and they're at 23 and 0 PSI on the rear tires! And the specifications are for 44 PSI anyway.I want to give three stars but it's just such a small thing that could have at least been checked, even if they didn't have time to take care of it for me. And it's also a safety thing, AND now I have to worry if they cut corners on my oil change. It's a great price for the oil change, so I would have candidly even preferred that they put "DECLINED" in that section rather than giving me a false sense of security before I get on the road for a trip out of town.

? ?️Let's talk about the price point first. Walmart's oil change services are like a breath of fresh air for anyone looking to save some cash without compromising quality. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal? They've got competitive prices that make it easy to keep your engine running smoothly without breaking the bank. It's like they're giving your wallet a friendly pat on the back after every visit. But it's not just about the cost – the friendly atmosphere at the Auto Center is worth mentioning too. The staff is a bunch of genuine car enthusiasts who know their stuff and are more than willing to chat about your vehicle's needs. They're approachable, patient, and hey, they don't make you feel like you're stepping into an intimidating pit crew. Whether you're asking questions or just striking up a conversation, it's clear that they're there to help, not just sell. And let's not forget about the overall experience. Quick and efficient service without skimping on quality is their hallmark. They value your time as much as you do, and it's evident in how they get you in and out without unnecessary delays. Plus, the convenience of being able to take care of multiple errands in one go is a major bonus. It's like they've got the oil change game down to a science. So, if you're on the lookout for an affordable, friendly, and efficient oil change experience, Walmart's Auto Center is revving up with everything you need. Trust me, your wallet and your car will both thank you. ??️

Nasty attitude, plus asking you to schedule an appointment days before just a simple oil change… would not recommend….Service: Oil change

Wow so i take my car to Walmart to get tires rotated and balanced. Apt time 10 am. I arrive at 9:50. I go in and no one is there in the office. There are three guys out in the service area. I don’t bother them I just wait till 10:10 then I decide to bother them. I go to the door “the same one I came in” and it’s locked I can’t go out! So I start calling the tire center. No answer! Finally a guy sees me and comes in yells at the girl who is outside to come help me. Fyi she is very rude! She ask what I’m here for and I told her. She gets my keys and says they will text me when it’s done. I start shopping and she calls and said she needs the lug lock thing. I come back and was sent to my car. I find my car not in the service center but in the parking lot of Walmart, windows rolled down, running, and keys inside. I get the lug lock thing. Roll window up “did I forget to mention it was raining, turn my car off get keys and lock my door. Proceed back inside to tell them the state my car was in. They all pointed at each other like noone knew who did it. They said it was the girl. Well I go in and nicely tell her the state of my car. She doesn’t say a word to me. I continue shopping. Ten mins I get text vehicle is ready. I proceed back to the counter and they say my bill is $57. I said no it is free I bought my tires here. Fyi the girl is gone but she walks out behind me and leaves. He looks up my stuff and said yes u r free so u can go! Im like worst service ever!!!!!

Perhaps the worst place ever to buy tires. Employees walk away and go sit in their cars, if there is a problem no one tells you. Only…ONLY the manager has a clue of how to work in the shop and he is too busy to supervise. You can spend hours there and nothing gets done.

I hate using self check out. I don’t work for Walmart and I don’t feel like scanning and packing my own items especially if I have a full cart. This is the reason I do not do most of my shopping at Walmart anymore. They usually have one or two checkout people on the lane with a line. Bad move Walmart making it mostly self check out.
