I switched from CVS to Walgreens. The service at cvs was awful at times. The manager of the pharmacy is wonderful, but there is a few of them that are very rude. I was a loyal cvs customer for over 10 years.My first interaction with Walgreens pharmacy was the most pleasantly. The pharmacist put my health first. The cashier was very nice. So I recommend Walgreens to anyone that gets prescriptions.

Pharmacist are terrible, I waited for my meds for 4 days and they were extremely rude in person, I had to call my doctor and get them to switch them to cvs, I picked them up in 30 mins with them.

I’m not surprised at some of these reviews. They need a pharmacy manager. And I sat for over an hour for a vaccine. My doctor called it in & I sat for another 45 minutes. Then when it was my turn for the vaccine I was asked to fill out paperwork after sitting there for that long . 10 people came and went and none of their issues were resolved either no medication it’s gonna take an hour and I won’t even go into their drive-through they kept telling people to circle back around. It’s such a mess.

The service has been going downhill the last few months and tonight they filled an old prescription that I don’t take anymore.. they are not as helpful as they use to be!

They've had 5 or 6 people waiting for the covid vaccine for lord know how long. We are 30 minutes past our appointment time. They weren't even busy when we first arrived and they have 5 employees in the pharmacy. Haven't called one person back since I got here. Don't recommend at all... go to the other one.

I went to get my prescription filled and I told the girl at the front desk that I did not need the one of them so I waited 30 minutes on two prescriptions it was $127 I get all the way home and she gave me the one that I told her I didn't want. So I called them and they told me to come back so I went all the way back and 5:30 traffic only to find out that the one that I wanted was $90 cheaper than the one that she gave me that I didn't need. So then she puts it back on my card and tells me it's going to take 3 to 5 business days to get my $90 back so I will never go back to Walgreens again. They acted like they could care less and I've heard stories of this happening to many people.

Worst customer service ever! After receiving a call from Walgreens reminding me that it was time for my daughter’s 2nd COVID vaccines, I went online as the message stated & made appointments at the W. Walnut Ave location. After leaving a meeting EARLY to get my kids to their appointments on time, I was told that I would have to wait no less than 30 minutes for the walk-ins to get their vaccinations before my appointments. I then left & drove to the E Walnut Ave Walgreens location 10 minutes down the road, where I was relieved to find that there was NO ONE waiting. Unfortunately the pharmacist there told me that they would give vaccinations by appointments only & since my appointment was at a different location, they would NOT give my daughters their 2nd shots. RIDICULOUS! Do better

After waiting on the drive through forever for my Claritin, Lorena made me come inside for it. I had to wait another 15 minutes inside for it, and I was the only customer there.

Make the trip to W Walnut for your Walgreens purchases. I assure you that the customer service will be much better.

Showed up to drop off a prescription that needed to be filled three days later to just give them time to fill it. They said they don’t carry it. I asked what they meant and the pharmacist parroted the same thing without explaining to me what she meant. Watched them be rude to the lady before me as well.If you use Walgreens pharmacy go to the one down by Kroger to get a better experience. The ones here act like we are a pain to even want our medicine.

I went to the photos at Dalton your photo your photos who is a short black haired young woman she has no skills in greeting customers she is not polte,she is not curtious she looks of Spanish decent we asked her questions in reference to the photo machine from my understanding it was like we were bothering her she obviously didn't want to do her job which was to help paying customers I will take my business and my money elsewhere she is nasty and rude
