Well it was so great!you ought to make aCommercial about. I hope I spell her name correctly but Henrietta is awesome! Both times we have gone and she is an absolute helping Verizon assistant! I will always go to her if she is there because no other person has in depth given details about deals and best offers there is. Very cool person to talk to!

Sold my wife a defective phone that wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. Charged us $50 to "RESTOCK" a defective phone. Would give them zero stars if I could. The manager was condescending and unapologetic for "store policy". Will only do business with the corporate store from now on.

When I first came into the store I was very frustrated! I had just bought a new phone less then 30 days and it had messed up. Luckily Ryan K. Was able to calm me down enough and get me in another phone. We will see how it goes from here but hey at least this time I had good customer service
