I sent two boxes from Louisville Kentucky to my family there, everything was labeled correctly ,name and address ,the apartment number was missing by mistake but I sent a screenshot to my family of the receipt ,even though the two packages were not delivered to my family just because they are Latinos..Shame of you all,now the the boxes are missing,they were never returned to Louisville .Kentucky.

Had a package that couldn’t be delivered due to busimess being closed on a weekend and it was lost in limbo for a few days but I left my info and miss nina was able to locate it the following day! Very happy with her! She always comes through and goes above and beyond !

Even though there was a long line (as usual at every post office ever right before closing) the workers were extremely helpful and with polite and cheerful energy. Someone from the back also came at some point to handle the quick package pick ups and drop offs, which was very appreciated. Great post office, as far as a post office can be.

I rarely use this post office because the parking lot makes me a nervous wreck. I use the ratty one on Morris Street.

This is the worst Post Office ever! They NEVER answer the phone. It'll ring over 60 times and then change up. They loose your mail and don't care. Can't stand this place!!!

I'm now afraid of receiving packages from USPS, because every time it shows delivered, or I can't find the package when I put it in the mailbox, I run to the post office to look for it, but they still don't know where it is. What exactly is here? I can really only use two words to describe this service: terrible.

First and last time coming to this office, stopped by on my way to an apt to ship a package, asked for a small piece of tape and was rudely told no because I had used the self service, if I used the counter they would give me a piece of tape. I was the 2nd person when they opened so they couldn't have had a bad day already

I absolutely do not recommend this post office! A package coming from your city to mid U.S. not weighing much at all, sent today in a priority box from this post office, costs $25 and the package will not arrive until Friday! This is absolutely legalized robbery! I have advised my family to use an alternative post office!

This post office is the worst I have ever been to. You try to call them and they for some odd reason won't answer the phone. I would love to be the boss of the place because they would be so friendly and courteous to people.
