Online and on the door it says the store is open from 11am until 4pm on Sundays. Drove 20 minutes to return something. Got to the store at 2:10pm and the doors were locked, no one was inside and no one would answer the phone. Very disappointed with my experience. Do better!

Yesterday, I went to the UPS store needing help for returning a soloflex workout machine I purchased on EBay. The seller's excellent feedback was a joke. I paid the seller $300 for shipping. They packed it so poorly, by the time I received it , the makeshift 1/4" cardboard they taped together had busted open with parts falling out. The seller was unsupportive, making the situation worse. After several attempts to resolve this on my own , I was running out of time to get it shipped back in time receive my refund. I was so stressed out, I had to take a day off from work.
Understandably, no one wants to deal with something like this. The base of a soloflex is 6' long and weighs a ton.
The staff at the UPS store were a Godsend. Right away without hesitation, they worked together trying to figure out the best option to package it properly and to keep my out of pocket expense at a minimum. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the folks at our local UPS store. They are Rock Star's in my book. These days customer support is not what it used to be. You may have to wait to be served at the UPS store. That's because they give each customer the time that is needed to address their individual needs. I wish I could see the look on the sellers face when they receive the professionally packaged Soloflex. We can only hope the next person they sell it to will wont have to go through what I did. Cheers to the UPS Team!!

Not happy with this UPS Store. One of my employees shipped a package to our box. The owner returned it without calling me first. I called them letting them know only two more were on the way. Sent them back anyways. Additionally, I have folks sending me mail and a lot of it is missing. Not sure what this company is doing but it is legitimately effecting my business operations. I am locked into a contract but if this keeps going, I’m escalating it. They are handling my mail out of spite. I’m using this review to help with my case of breaking my contract. They also NEVER answer my phone calls. So unprofessional.

Great staff , the company I work for ships all of our Dalton, Crandall, Calhoun and Adairsville parts to this location for pick-up, always great service when having to return parts and helpful with printing off specific paperwork from emails making copys or just simple things like buying G2 pens, the service we receive here helps make my job more convenient

Called during the week to ensure this specific UPS store within 50 miles of me could provide the self service LiveScan fingerprinting for non sworn judicial services, they said yes. They told me to book an appointment and bring the necessary documents and they would be able. I arrived early and brought necessary documents; however, I was turned away and was told they were too understaffed for a 15-20 minute process. Although there were other workers to work the counter, it seemed as though she did not want to do the process.

Did an amazon "free" return because they shipped the wrong item. Can't remember the last time I needed size 2 baby diapers! Amazon advertises "box free hassle free" returns. However, I was charged $1.50 to put a piece of tape over the open box. I had left it open because I thought they wanted to make sure I was actually returning the product and not a brick and keeping the item (they're too small!). To the owner- Seems like a nice slush fund you have going there. The lady behind the counter was very busy and very nice. You on the other hand....Maybe you should check your policy and adjust because I am obviously not the only person who has left negative reviews over your nickel and diming.

I went there and the staff member was Very rude and Unprofessional. This is my second Amazon return, and when I brought it there, They charged me for putting tape on it when they didn’t charge me last time. If you want good customer service absolutely do not go to this location..

i couldnt even walk in fully without hearing a worker say, ‘were closed, 3 pm.’ it was 2:02 pm. (they dont even close at 3 they close at 3:30 on saturdays) there were so many people carrying big packages trying to get in but they were ignoring them and not letting them enter. super unreliable and unprofessional.
