Needed to speak with someone and tried but could only get their dumb "robot" who REFUSED access to live person. I have package which was delivered to me under my name and address but obviously is expensive material belonging to a business. Guess I will have to find someone to take to dump (too heavy for me.) Cannot believe they can be trusted to do anything with such terrible customer service.

Don't use ups I bought a new cell from online it was overnight shipping but it has been 5 days and no phone

I ordered my package in august it is November and I still have not received i call nearly every day multiple times and nobody can help my package was 300 shoes.

I can't get anyone on phone .I have a concern there employees walk across 41 hwy at dark .I am concerned about there saftey.Ive almost hit 2 people no lighting whatsoever. Please address this before some one gets ran over.

Every package I’ve we’ve had sent through UPS always gets delayed by about a week because they claim my address is wrong. No other mail service has issues finding my apartment. UPS does not even try. I’ve had to pay extra for them to drop it off at a pickup location when I had already paid for express shipping. They’ve failed to deliver important temperature and time sensitive medication on time. Truly the worst delivery service ever.

4 lost packages, and a refusal to deliver our packages because they don’t bother to look for our unit. Contacted support three times now where they confirm our address is in fact valid and correct and with a promise of a call back from a supervisor with NOTHING.

Why can UPS NEVER deliver my packages?UPS claims they can’t find my house, even though Amazon & Fed X NEVER has a problem! I’ve spoken to the UPS driver and told him of my problem and he verified that I live across from the pasture, but I was just informed that ups returned my new purse I was so excited to get! Thanks a lot UPS! Worst delivery company in the business. I will call Macy’s and let them know about your incompetence!

I’ve read previous reviews (and I’ve also been to this location before-years ago) and I can understand how packages are inaccessible. I lucked out and my package did get pulled off the trailer and was available for me to pick up. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but the worker who got my package was a blessing and I was thankful she was the one who helped me. Additional info: hours are 9:30am-11:30am and 4pm-7pm, you need to have your tracking number and your photo ID to pick up your package, and have a positive attitude.

The most unhelpful group of people ever. I was told by a ups customer service representative that my package was at this location. They made me pay eight dollars for me to be able to intercept my package. The representative sent me to this location and said that my package was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told that my package was there but they could not give it to me because it was on a trailer that they supposedly had no keys for. From the minute I walked in the lady at the front desk lied to me, she claimed that she couldn’t give me my package. Then she blamed another ups employee for losing my package. This place needs new management and customer service representatives.

Three attempts to deliver my package were made. However, they were all within the period of a few hours, even though it stated another attempt would be made the following business day. Then NO address for the pick up was provided, and no updated information was provided.

I had ordered my books from Amazon and this is the kind of care they take with packages at UPS. ? I am highly dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and care they take when handling packages. They need to fix this in the future or they will lose business.
