I was in the market for a new car after my Toyota Sequoia died after 19 years. I wanted another Toyota based on my experience with my Sequoia. I went to North Georgia Toyota and picked out a new 4Runner. I had a budget for an out the door price. I gave them my target price and they came in $1200 over my price. I sat down to negotiate with them thinking we were close to a deal. I asked them to come off $1200. The sale rep passed me off to the sales manager. The sales manager arrogantly leaned back in his chair and refused saying (and I quote) "Why would I do that? If you don't pay me what I am asking then the next guy through the door will. Take it or leave it." I didn't say a word, got up out of my seat and walked out the door. I went down to street to the Jeep dealership and promptly got $12,000 off a new (and nicer) Grand Cherokee Limited. The sticker price on the Jeep was $8000 m than the Toyota but I got it under my budget. The funny thing is a month later the 4Runner is still sitting on their lot so I guess "the next guy through the door" didn't give the their asking price either. Worst dealer experience I've ever had. I only give them 2* because I had great experiences with their parts and service departments.

I don't know how many cars I have bought from North Georgia Toyota. I'm guessing 10 or more. The first was in the late 90's and the last was this past February. I'm an older guy and will probably only buy one more since I don't drive a lot anymore. in February I bought a new Highlander Hybrid. it didn't have leather so we did a $4900 leather and heated seat aftermarket upgrade. we weren't in a hurry but they wanted our trade-in so we made the deal and left. What we didn't find out un the next day was the car didn't have a navigation system. you have to use a cell phone to do anything with the system. the screen looks like a navigation screen but it isn't. It has bee a major issue for my wife and pairing our individual phones each time we drive this car. I give one star for their new system and I give a thumbs down for our sales team not us know what we were getting. Now the fob. We were supposed to get two fobs. after all paperwork was signed, we were handed one fob and told it would be about 2 months before we would get the second. We have checked back and back and was told that we would receive a letter about the second fob by the end of June. The end of June came and we were told to call Toyota. We called Toyota and the told us we should receive a letter by the end of Summer. I told them the end of June is pretty definitive, but what does the end of summer mean? the nice lady said probably September 22 or so. When North Georgia Toyota says " Oh yes we can", I am tempted to reply " Oh no you can't "

I ordered the parts that I needed online and then drove over to pick them up once they were ready. OEM to tend to be better and oftentimes the price isn't really that much more.

I can't imagine dealing with a better group of folks in the car buying process than the guys at North Georgia Toyota. Keith Williams and Chad Saylor were great in addressing any concerns and were very friendly and respectful during the process. There was no pressure and they went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of the dealership with all needs met. Keith even made follow up calls afterwards to make sure the truck performed as expected and to see if any questions or concerns came up. After driving 2 hours to find the one, I knew it was meant to be in the end. Thank you all and we will be back for sure.

I would recommend 10/10 everyday! Ray was super helpful him and the sales manager fought hard to get me approved and get me into my new car! North GA Toyota has the nicest and most professional staff I’ve ever met! Ray also kept me informed the entire time what was happening with my application. I placed an online order for a RAV4 cargo liner, MSRP $100, they had it for $69. I added 2 oil filters to take advantage of the free shipping for orders over $75. I ordered late Wednesday night and UPS delivered it Monday. I received several emails from Jeff Brewer confirming the status of my order the whole time. Great service, thanks.

Great place to do business with! My salesman, Chad Saylor, was great to deal with and went above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions. Not only were they able to get the vehicle I was looking for, but it arrived a week earlier than expected! I would highly recommend doing business with them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
