I almost have no idea what to do when it comes to car parts; and she was extremely welcoming, helpful, personable, and with her I knew exactly what I was getting. So happy with my experience

This is my daughter’s vehicle I am referring to. Under the new ownership no records were saved prior to the last year and half. Due to this we cannot prove to Toyota that our oil changes were done on time. Our transmission has gone out and could be replaced for free if we had those records. This will cost us close to $6,000 for a used transmission. Toyota would have put in a new transmission for free under their warranty if only we had the receipts that are now gone forever.
