what staff I've met are very friendly. super clean with an old school feel but the equipment is well maintained. everyone for the most part reracks the weights and even put them where they go. very please so far

If your wanting a down home, straight original, heavy lifting, Cross fit training, no bells or whistles gym this is it. Around since the 70's if your serious about training this is the gym. If you want to throw a few pounds on with Pizza Monday look at Planet fitness.
