“I CANNOT say ENOUGH amazing things about Elliott's selection of awesome shoes, particularly wide widths, and the WONDERFUL staff at the Dalton location!!! I went in looking for Melanie, because she really knows her stuff, but she wasn't there today. The Manager McKenzie and member of her staff, Emily, helped me pick out the most comfortable shoe for my size 11 wide, almost completely flat foot, on the very first try!!! I did try on some others, but came back for their first suggestion. When I tell you they all went above and beyond for me...let's just say I'm mighty impressed with the caliber of their team and customer service skills! I also got to meet Kenna! She was terrific and incredibly friendly, as well. All the ladies at Elliott's are very kind, helpful, and outstandingly professional. As a plus size hairstylist, I'm on my feet for 9+ hours a day. My Brooks shoes were well worth the price, but honestly...I bought from Elliott's because of the ladies here in Dalton. They were willing to go the distance to help a new customer like me. I will gladly be giving them my business moving forward. I can't wait to get some more shoes---especially their cute comfy flip flops and even some super cute Hey Dudes I found. I even treated myself to a cute pair of sunglasses today, as well. Thank you again, ladies! Emily & McKenzie, you are ROCKSTARS!!! “I went to shop at this Dalton, Ga store in the month of March to take opportunity and use a $10 off birthday coupon. Bought shoes for my son, well I came here again to buy another pair for my son. He is in 4th grade and very active with a soccer ball and goes through shoes like nothing. This time I accumulated $15 off on rewards. Bought a pair at the store for him and ordered another pair for me. I was told to wait for 7 to 10 business day for my shipment to arrive home. The order was placed on 05/28/2024 at 2:06 pm. I received the pair on 05/29/2024 at 11:50 am. Both shopping days were a success. Store is organized and clean, shipping was on point. Product has been good, bought Adidas and Puma. Customer service was not rude when I asked abought the pair of shoes I wanted. I was offered to order the pair online. What could have been better for this store on both trips? Customer service attention, on both occasions it was a self-serve for me and other customers. Prices were about the same at other stores. What made the difference was the BOGO 50% off, Rack Room $15 reward, and a coupon for $20 OFF on $99.”

“Was waited on by Priscilla Pinson and let me tell you, she's amazing. She's very helpful, very courteous and very professional. If you all are in the store let her help out. I had to order shoes online and she got me what I needed order and had no problems and I was back out the door in 5 to 10 minutes. It would be great if all associates were like her.”
