Very polite, very timely. But, I do t know what, but my new windshield leaks and frost gets on the inside. Safelite always cones out for warranty glass replacement, but it always starts leaking again.

Great customer service! Something went wrong with my glass replacement and we were promptly contacted and told what the problem was. They also immediately scheduled an appointment to fix the problem and did so within a timely manner!

Today Jairo came and replaced my windshield from Safelite. He was so focused about seeing that I was completely satisfied with his work. His manners were very good and he was a great conversationalist. I hope Safelite realizes what an asset they have in Jairo! He exhibited the finest in customer service, detail in execution of his duties. I was blessed to have this godly man to replace my window shield. I give him 5 stars!!

Local team- were professional and courteous. Other reviewers are correct- this locations is an afterthought in a corner of a tire shop- Dropped off vehicle and took an Uber to a coffee shop to wait the 1.5/2 hrs quoted. At the 1.5 hour mark- got an automated text stating they had started... Tried to call to inquire - and Holy- automated- stupidness- these prompts and "thank you good bye" resulted in a solid 15 mins of my life I'll never get back. This automated service approach is enough for me to never return to any Safelite - ever - ever. There are plenty of other - less expensive options out there that can answer their phone - and replace glass.If you prefer a Human-less experience- full of automated phone prompts - and a thank you good bye - hangup- this is the place for you.

Avoid this shop, if possible. It is literally a van parked outside a Goodyear Tire shop with a desk and laptop in the corner. By their own admission, the technicians aren't properly trained on how to do an active cruise control/driver assist re-calibration, and after my third full day drop off, and second piece of glass, I was again handed a vehicle that wasn't safe, except this time I was told that I'd still be responsible for the deductible AND have to take the car somewhere else to have it calibrated. I live 30 minutes from this location and have taken two vehicles there and back three times, for 180 miles worth of gas, and several hours taking away from my employment. And still I have an vehicle that is less safe than it was before. To cap it all, today, Jeff threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave because I was asking him to not charge my credit card until I can get the work completed or figure out what else I can do. 0/10, and this shop should be shut down.

If I could give it a zero star, I would. If you have active cruise control, brake assist, or any of the safety features that are connected to your windshield DO NOT use this shop. They have no idea how to re-calibrate, and now -- after a third set of trips with two cars there an back -- my car now has a set of blinking lights on the dash, and has none of those safety features. I have zero confidence that this glass was even installed properly either, yet my insurance company is still saying I may have to pay the deductible, AND spend MORE of my time taking it to get recalibrated somewhere else. The Safelite 800 number folks were great, and so were most of the local techs including Anthony, but when I asked a guy named Jeff not to charge my card until I get this situation figured out, he threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. It's not even a real SL location ... it's a van parked outside a Goodyear Tire shot with a desk and laptop inside. AND my car is less safe now that it was when I started there several weeks ago.

I had my windshield repaired by this company, and it was a mess. My windshield looks worse. The crack is still spreading, and the repair is bubbled and an eye- sore. They told me due to the pressure of the glass, they could not repair it once they had repaired it. So now I have a horrible-looking window on a new car that was poorly repaired. They want me to replace the whole window shield, which would be more money out of pocket. You would do better finding a local person that has good reviews and is trustworthy. I have used this company in the past in Marietta, GA, and they did an outstanding job on a giant crack, and it was flawless. I don’t think this guy that repaired my windshield knew what he was doing, and now I have to pay for his negligence. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Please check the reference on each location because each location is different, and they will not pay for their mistakes, you have to pay for their errors. They want you to do a replacement for more money, that's the game.

Tech was sent to fix window. Said that he "fixed" it, but now the crack in my windshield is growing bigger. Called to talk to them and was told we have to pay a $500 deductible for them to fix the issue that was supposedly already "fixed"! This is such a scam and they don't guarantee their work. Totally disappointed and sending letters to their corporate office!
