It's gotten a ton better since a few months back. They are really doing good things here now. Cust9mer service on point along with selections and cleanliness. Now, if fellow customers will treat the items with care, then this place would be the best. Don't increase prices, please. I've seen it slowly happen. We need you to stay cheap on most things.

It's not my favorite Ross, that's for sure. Everything looked kind of sad and helter skelter. The one thing they excelled in was checkout. The line was long, but they knocked it out fast, and the cashiers were very friendly. They made the experience a lot better.

Only reason it's getting 3 stars is because the floor is always dirty, clothes are on the floor and cothes are not in the right size sections and there is always a beeping alarm which is really hard on the ears, especially for people with very sensitive hearing.

This is such a fun place to shop. They always have a new influx of inventory at discounted prices.They have dressing rooms in case you would like to try on clothes before buying.This store has wheelchair accessibility into the store, as well as the aisles being wide enough to accomodate a wheelchair.Never had any issues with returns.I must say. The buggies are weird. They have this long pole coming out of them vertically. I think this is to prevent people from exiting the store with them. This is the only thing I don't like about the store.
