Employees stared at their phones the entire time I was here. Never said a word to me or my family as we walked in and out of the store.

Walked in here. Was not greeted or asked if i needed help finding anything like you are at most stores you shop at now and was watched by the staff like I was gonna steal something. This was the Dalton location just to clarify.

Nice Patagonia, Northface jackets in stock. Always a good place to go in Dalton for hiking gear.

I just moved into town and decided to visit acouple of local shops this past Thursday. Iwalked into RAK with no intentions onbuying anything but did experience afriendly environment. The workers were veryattentive and very social. They eventuallyconvinced me to spend a couple of buckson a pair of shoes. I will definitely makeanother visit soon!

Pics make it look like something more than a clothing store. It's not! They have a few a bunch of water bottles and a couple hammocks. I was expecting an actual outfitter. My bad...but misleading none the less!

If you are thinking of using this as a legitimate outfitters/re-supply for the Pinhoti trail, do not bother wasting your time. It’s a shame that an “outfitter” On one of the southeasts most popular trails sells nothing more than cotton T-shirts with their store logo on them, two different kinds of puffy jackets and a shoe selection that rivals Walgreens. Somebody should really go in there and turn this place into a legitimate trail outfitter. if you carried trail hiking gear and resupply options , you would be banking. They are sitting on a gold mine and don’t even realize it. Fifteen steps off the pinhoti trail and that’s the best you can do, SMH...

They run giveaways and don’t choose a winner. I’ve messaged and commented several times asking them to confirm a winner and they ignore me. Unethical!!

We went to get hiking shoes/boots and they have nothing! When did an outfitter store stop carrying hiking stuff? Home decor, flip flops, cbd, high heeled lace up sandals? I'm very disappointed. Hiking shoes/boots aren't seasonal. People hike all times of the year. When asked they said no we don't carry them now.

We went by today and they didn’t have hardly any merchandise to choose from. The store was empty and seemed they had more home decor than anything.

The new location is nice. They have a small section of camping equipment. There is home decor in there now. A large section of Rak t-shirts. I didn't see Prana brand in there. They sell Ray Ban sunglasses.
