I took my stepson to get a new car from this place cause I had a little BMW out front. But after only four days the car started overheating and the engine locked down. We took it back to RJ he said he would fix it but ultimately it was never fixed he filed a claim with the warranty company. And forged our name to have it fixed. Then repossessed the car after he said he would reimburse us the $4000 we put down on the car and refused to respond and send a certified letter saying that he was taking the car back even though it was never fixed. We tried communicating for over six weeks while he took a trip to Mexico. And ultimately we were just beat out of the $4000 and lost the car. I had to go to Carvana to buy my stepson another car. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

This place is the best. We have bought a few cars from them. They are always there to work with me on payments or issues that may cone up from buying a used car. BEST BUY-HERE PAY-HERE in dalton.

I knew a very humble person who was new to this area and not familiar with what a buy here pay here was or at least not this establishment, and they thought they were legitimate . I would have warned them about how this place had bad reviews and how to be extremely careful because they have been known to sell junk then you end up paying an excessive amount of expenses . You really need to look at the legality issues and seek anything hidden on this BHPH dealership and any that sell overpriced automobiles to those with no credit or bad credit . The pandemic has made it impossible and I’ve heard some customers thinking they would go to jail for missed. Payments whenever they contacted this place and made effort . An attorney is very good at answering questions about BHPH and your rights , so don’t fall victim and do research ! Covid is horrible and there’s solutions!!! Also , it’s a great asset if you can speak bilingual at this BHPH establishment so you have no language barrier and good understanding:)

Got a car from these people in feb. 2019 its now the end of May 2019. I paid my payments and my taxes for the car RJ the owner never got the car registered so I'm driving on an out of date temp. Tag til the car lot came got the car while I was asleep and never even told me they were getting it so I could get my belongings out of it..... Don't go to these people they will rip you off.

terrible service and comminication. i tried to purchase two cars from them. the lady was very rude and seemed racist. i work in sales and would never treat someone as such. the owner also never returned my calls. wont refer anyone to thos place.
