I have been visiting PS Nails for many years. Friendly staff, clean facility, reasonably priced and I have always been pleased whoever has done my nails and pedicure. Shout out to Amy and Tony!

I am not one to normally leave reviews especially negative because I understand things happen. HOWEVER, last night I went to just get dip on my nails. When I say this lady was AGGRESSIVE. She cut my cuticle and did not clean the blood. Instead she proceeded to continue to dip my BLOODY finger into the dip powder and brushed the blood into the polish. It is visible on the nail. No, I did not say anything but I shouldn’t have had too. It was completely unsanitary practices. I had been there before and never had any issues but this could not be ignored. I will not be going back.

PS Nails is the only nail salon that I want to go to. One of my friends said she wouldn’t go anywhere else and I thought she was exaggerating. I was wrong…all nail salons are not equal. PS Nails ALWAYS does an excellent job!!!!

This isn't my first bad experience here. They are just located very close to my house and having limited time I settle. Don't go here. First they are rude!!! The lady that did my nails turned the drill up as high as it could go when I asked for my nails to be shortened. mind you they were pretty long approx an inch and I came for a fill. This lady filed my pinky nail to the quick!!! It burned and hurt so bad I should've got up and left right then. How did I go from an inch to the quick of my nail. literally no nail left. We aren't even going to talk about the 5 different length nails I have and the horrendous gel paint job. Then she had the nerve to tell me which pedicure seat to sit in. Ain't no way I'm about to let you touch my feet! I left!!! I'll never go back! Enough is enough. Now I have to go somewhere and get this Mess soaked off and get a whole new set!

I asked for short nails and black tips so that I could my nails could be budget friendly and let me just say they charged me $50!! and she made my nails fatt! when i asked for a refund after i payed because i did not want to be a karen she told me if i don’t like it then i also have to pay to get them removed!! never going backkkk!Service: Acrylic nails

I feel like the nail tech rushed through my manicure. I am not at all happy with the outcome. After the initial job, complaining and getting a few fixed, and paying - I still feel they look horrible. Will not be going back.Services: Gel manicures

I’ve been going to PS nails ever since i was a little girl. Today when i came in for a fill in i was seated at seat number 10. Tracy always does my nails and there always perfect and the way i want them. Well not today, this lady told me i needed a brand new set when i paid for a new set last time i was there. She didn’t even ask for permission if she could take my nails off. When she proceeded to take them off, she put WAYY too much acrylic on my nails. They were too chunky and they still are. I asked for a coffin shaped nail but didn’t get it. She did her own shape and how she wanted it. When i asked a question she just ignored me, even when i asked the question multiple times. The only good thing about this visit was her painting my nails. I’m very disappointed and i’ll will be making appointments with Tracy for now on.

It pains me to write this review and everyone has their own experiences but this was far the worst experience I have had in a very long time from a nail salon. The prices are higher with mediocre service. To make the first experience short, the service technician did not do the service that my daughter asked for, and they are unfamiliar with standard services. My belief is if you are going to charge higher service prices, at least know how to do many of the basics. My second visit was the worst! I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated. I witnessed firsthand the negative demeanor of how they talk about customers coming. It was simply uncalled for and their behavior of total disrespect was too much. Within one week of being serviced, one nail tore off. I went back to have another tip replaced and the service technician was upset because I came back to have them service a nail that should not have fallen off so early in the first place. They will never have to worry about me servicing their location again. I hope others have a better experience than me and my daughter. She could also see the red flags the first time we went. Good luck but I will never be back!
