10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I went to PetSmart to buy a fish, and got treated like complete trash, I then went to PetLand; and got absolutely great service, where I was treated like a customer. I even accidentally grabbed a gift card thinking it was a business card, when I got back out to my Jeep, I realized; it’s a gift card, instead of a business card, and I returned it, apologized and they were like absolutely no problem. THANK YOU PETLAND. I will be returning for business!

Wonderful staffing very helpful in bringing a new pet into a home with existing pets. We were cery happy and fell in love with our daisy dog. Very friendly and patient staff. Will definitely be back

Don’t get me wrong I love my mini- poodle, however this place is a scam, I typically don’t do google reviews but when we are talking about thousands of dollars involved then we need to speak of.
I would like to start off saying Madison, Brody, Tiffany, were a joy to work with and made the experience fun
However when we are financially speaking this place sucks, period point blank, I paid well over $1,000 extra AFTER my puppy for fees that were to be included such as a kit etc and turns out nothing is included their extra fees, then after I spend my money I can’t register MY dog, and it’s like no one new the answers to anything.I had great questions but it felt like the manager was rushing, I feel like it’s a scam for that type of money again I love my dog but it was a complete rip off. If I can find a way to report this scam I am. After looking at my paperwork I read SCAM SCAM SCAM
Find a true dog breeder and save up!!

Probably the worst retail experience I've been part of in a long long time. From the time we walked in the door we were consistently flanked by an associate, not unlike going to a car lot. This was very uncomfortable as it felt like they expected us to try to steal something. I've been picked up a bag of science diet cat food that had a book of manufacture coupons hanging on the shelf in front of it. I asked the associate who was still flanking two feet away if I could use the coupon since the item was already on sale, she assured me that I could and that moments later came hurrying back saying that I could not use any of them because they were "expired". I said ma'am they are hanging on yourself right Will they be honored? She responded by saying no they're all out of date and took the display off the shelf in front of me. I laughed and said okay I won't be buying that, and drove across the street to PetSmart and spent 134 bucks. So for $7 you cost yourself over a hundred and a customer. That's great business sence!

DO NOT BUT BUNNIES FROM THIS STORE. Last December they sold me two Holland Lops, they were in the same enclosure when I purchased them. When I took them home and they began to grow they began to fight one another. I attempted to return the bunnies seeing as when I purchased them there was no disclosure stating that they would fight one another as they aged. They said they would not allow them to be returned but they did say they could assist with rehoming them. So when I attempted to bring them back to be rehomed they stated they needed to be in a cage so I brought them in a cage plenty big enough for the two of them and they wouldn’t accept them because it wasn’t a brand new cage. The ladies in there are also very rude and condescending. Don’t bother buying anything from this place they are least helpful individuals I have ever seen working in a sales environment.

they were completely rude to us. they didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we walked in. they had also ignored us when we tried to play with a puppy. We had all intentions of purchasing a new baby today. but u will never come back to this horrendous so called “pet store”

Love going in and seeing all the animals. I could stay and play with the puppies all day but I do think they are way over priced.

We contacted warranty department… First of all a giant red flag for us should have been a pet store with a warranty department for puppies. This tells you they have major issues. If you’re selling quality puppies, you don’t need a warranty dept. We are going back and forth with them. They are implying that the vet and us put our puppy to sleep needlessly. Our vet is not happy and is writing a letter to them. Our puppy was never truly healthy and had issues that the vet said would cause him tremendous pain to address and a very small chance of recovery and 20+K of intensive treatment that most likely would do nothing for him. These people are heartless. We loved Yogi and spent nearly 6k on him and to treat his illnesses. For them to be accusatory and imply the vet and us killed our puppy is pathetic. This company should be shut down. Go read about numerous lawsuits and reviews from past employees about treatment of their puppies and the heartbreaking sick puppies they sell. Absolutely I’d go elsewhere.
Update: our little Yogi passed away. Please stay far away from this place. We got a call from Petland and they didn’t offer any solution except to call a warranty department. Awful customer service. $5300 in cost from purchase and vet bills. Go elsewhere!
We have had over $1000 in vet bills in the first few weeks of our new puppy’s life. There is no doubt their puppies come from mills and “their vet” is a pay for play scam. We got Yogi as we lost our 13 year old fur baby to cancer and thought this would help ease the pain and all of this happened. I would stay far away from this place

They do an excellent job in caring for their animals, they even keep the spiders like they should the first time I seen a pet store properly keep an Arboreal spider in an Arboreal set up and a terrestrial spiders in a terrestrial set up, even with a buried cork bark hide with some hiding places and they definitely keep cork bark tubes(rounds) and cork bark Flats in stock wished they could bring their staff to cleveland and staff our pet stores. I have to drive to dalton to find any exotic pet supplies. It's a great pet store. I highly recommend them, At least they care

Do not buy from petland. They sell off standard and poorly bred dogs or mutts like Doodles and Frenchie mixes. Mix breeds are not good to buy, you are supporting buying genetic issues, leading to the money to be used to breed more genetic issues. There's a reason a well bred poodle lives longer than your mutt you decided to get. Please get your doodle from a shelter or get your german shepherd from a breeder. If you do buy from petland, be knowledgeable about owning a dog and don't get one as a present for your 2 year old.

Cleanest pet store I know with the most friendly and helpful staff. Their love for the fur babies is tangible every time I come. Livy was so sweet helping my son play with a different puppy three times today.
