I wish I could give negative stars!!!! I came here to get my iguana a leash and the man made it seem like he was experienced and said he would put the harness on my iguana this man drops the iguana and now is holding him by the tail trying to get him not to escape causing my iguana to drop his tail the man tries to lie to make it seem like it would grow back sooner than it actually will is trying to make it seem like he did us a favor because the tail was no good ! but hadn't given my iguana any problems he tries to give me a 5$ harness for free! like he didn't just leave me with OVER $1000 dollars in vet bills to even experience your pet in a situation you have never put them in I have never made my iguana feel attacked i never HOLD HIM BY THE TAIL I could keep going but at this point I feel like I just need to cry please don't go to this place I beg of you please just close down this location it was the employees lying about the recovery time and ect ... I'm definitely going to be contacting my lawyer because they should have at least half of this bill !

This petco sold me a hamster with wet tail and didn't say anything about her being sick. we had her for only about 15 hours and she passed away. I doubt they even knew she was sick but it was so obvious. I knew something wasn't right but I didn't want to assume the worst. I DO NOT recommend any petco locations.

The young lady that groomed my dog did an excellent job. She asked me what I wanted done and she delivered, my dog looked and smelled great. This is my fourth time using Petco grooming and I have always been happy with the service I received.

Last time I had a pretty groomed there, they got an overgrown nail( I told them about) caught in the bath drain. They had to cut it from underneath, cutting it too short causing bleeding. Will never take an animal there again.

I had a bad experience with Petco on shugart this morning my fur baby was not due for her rabies shot until March 3rd of 22, we called Whitfield animal hospital they told her plane she was not due for her shot yet beforehand the girls and the grooming department were very rude and acted like they didn't even care I was not going to leave my baby there for them with their attitude and disrespect for their customers to groom my little girl. Had all her stuff in the computer wrong there would be no way I would take my fur baby to get her groomed without all her shots for fear of her getting something. I am very disappointed in Petco and I'll never take her back there again they need to hire people that have patience and are compassionate. The manager had to go back there and straighten them girls out I think her for that but I still would not leave my fur baby there.

Love this place! Took my corgi here for the 2nd time to get groomed and the lady that groomed him did a wonderful job! Make sure to give the groomers a good tip ☺️!

No true professional groomers want to work for a corperate company , that is why they don't have any groomers . They chew people up and spit them out . None of the groomers are actually certified or trained . They promise training and never actually do it , they do not have the " Mentors ". I wonder why ? They kill moral by relocating loyal employees or firing them so they can pay less and get rid of people who are of no use to them anymore . They care more about forcing people to wear a mask than they do thier employees .

The 20 something manager with dark hair is horrible at this Petco. Do not shop here. He verbally accosted me for not putting my mask on fast enough. Take your dollars to Petsmart on Walnut Ave. Would never step foot in this store ever again. Why would you treat a paying customer like that? Bye Petco!
