Absolute Usery, vehicle was impounded and towed by this company. The tow charge was $775 plus various other fees. When I contacted them the following day for an estimate on the exact same tow, they quoted $164..Was less than 24 hours from tow to release but it took them two hours to figure out where they put the car.Unprofessional on the phone with babies, crying in the background, horrible connection, or difficult to understand.For a business that just collected money from me, regardless of the circumstances, they were extremely arrogant, ungrateful, and impertinent since it was the sheriffs office that called for the tow, not myself as a discerning customer with choices.I’m sure they feel they were just doing their job, but nearly $1000 for a 24 hour impound and an 8 mile tow is absolute a highway robbery. Especially considering later the same day, they quoted me $164 for the exact same trip.Zero on the integrity, scale, 100 on the taking advantage of people scale.

Rude, unprofessional bunch of liars. Called them before sending my driver there for a radiator change. Before arriving was told can get aftermarket radiator. Now they're changing prices. Bunch of mickey mouse clubhouse workers working there.

Was very hateful and disrespectful to a friend of mine who's car got towed after he got jumped and took to hospital. Wouldn't allow two payments to be made even though it equaled up evenly need to know who is the owner of this business. Please

Very unprofessional business i have a abandoned rv on the property they knew the length and year came to pick it up told me they needed a smaller wrecker I asked to sign for abandonment papers so I didn't have to wait another full day after wasting my entire day today the third of August told me in front of my friends that they would pick it up tomorrow possibly Saturday at the latest called me 30 minutes later to tell me the boss wants us to pay for removal after I already signed for it and they agreed to take it no charge this is a classic bait and switch in my opinion I do not recommend using this towing company

Would not use them ! Would not recommend them .. they have an inside deal with your local law enforcement that if you have a wreak you have to and are forced to use them . They then charge you $1200 juts to move it off the road and $2000 to haul off !! Total scam .. as a business owner I am shocked that this is allowed and a standard for there business practice ..

Listed as AAA provider. Broke down on side of the road with NO brakes. AAA selected this tow company but they never showed. When I called Parrish to get an update the guy who answered to phone was extremely rude and kept rambling on saying “No! No! No! We don’t do AAA no more”. Then told me he would still tow us if we paid directly.

I used this company after having a vehicle accident with an 18 wheeler.The driver arrived on time, was clean and friendly, and his truck was spotless, seriously very clean.I was very impressed and I will be using them in the future. Had a situation with the Vette and needed a tow down to the dealership. Jalen showed up and was as professional as they come. He showed genuine concern for this low slung car and was friendly to boot. I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience. Jalen is a true pro who understands customer service. AAA contacted this company for me and I am so glad they did! I had THE best roadside assistance service ever with Parrish! They called me right away to get more information to ensure they sent the correct equipment, I love efficient, proactive thinking and was impressed. They quoted me an ETA of about 15-20 min, HUGELY impressed. I'm from New Mexico and am used to waiting 2 to 3 hours for roadside assistance. The service technician arrived 13 minutes later and was so incredibly nice and courteous. I came outside to see if I could help at all, he insisted that I stay out of the rain and he quickly solved the issue for me. I think the entire experience from the time I called AAA to the time the gentlemen left took less than an hour total. Excellent customer service, professional, experienced tech, fast service. I highly recommend this company and requested that AAA contact them first in the future when I call...I tend to call often and have not great luck with getting myself into car trouble frequently.Service: Car towing

Got quoted a 1.5 hour wait, then waited 2.5 hours and they never showed and wouldn't answer the phone. AAA needs to stop contracting with this company, load of scammers.

Was a passenger in a car that needed a tow. Driver called AAA. AAA responded after a couple hours that Parrish's wasn't responding nor answering their phone. Driver called and they answered immediately, quoted price, and said it was no problem. Driver asked why they don't answer calls from AAA. Crickets. Driver called AAA and said they were their and available. AAA calls, no answer. AAA rep calls on her personal cell phone and she was answered immediately. Suddenly (less than 5 minutes after being told it was no problem) it was a problem.Why AAA continues to contract out with this company is beyond me, but their dishonesty speaks volumes about them.
