First and last visit. I paid for the exterior and interior cleaning about. My tires never got shined and there was still dust and dirt unplaced within the interior. I tried Pal's to see if a membership would be worth it. Sadly, no. Glad I didn't sign up for a membership before trying them out.

really? I have two years paying membership and in the last 3 months there is never paper or liquid for glasses. They have to pay more attention on that because people prefer to clean the car because those who clean it don't do their job well and only do it for tips

I was very disappointed with the quality of the car wash that I received, I paid $25 for to drive it through the wash, but unlike in the past, there was no one at the beginning of the tunnel to spray off your quarter panels and wheels, or at the end to wipe off your widows and mirrors. It was much, but those small things did a lot. I was very impressed with the vacuums that you can use yourself. They worked great, plenty of paper towels, 1 bottle of cleaning spray for the entire area wasn’t near enough though. Please add 2 more. I doubt I will return.I’ve heard that a competitor has much better prices and they include a wipe down and will vacuum themselves for less than $25.

Every time I take my Jeep out there they never wash the wheel on the back and the others are half done. If I have to redo it when I get home what is the point of paying for something you have to redo.

Terrible first time experience, was not worth the price i paid, the exterior wash was okay nothing special but the interior work was super quick and the guys there barely put any effort into cleaning and of course when i checked how they did my car was still dirty they couldn’t even clean off the obvious dirty parts still needed some vacuuming, tires were not cleaned at all, rims still dirty, definitely won’t be getting a full service wash here ever again. Workers must not get paid enough because it showed in their absent service.

Very quick, efficient, and detailed with your vehicle. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and bring both of my vehicles at least once a month. Neither lacks the detailed cleaning that the other gets. Keep up the good work

Monthly prices go up services go down. Before last price increase more care was given to car before it went through the wash. No lock in rates for long term customers

I paid $35 for a full service. When I got in nothing was wiped down, the only thing that was done was the carpet was moved and vacuumed. I will not be going back.

This place keeps going downhill. Half of the wash wasn't working and still was charged full price. No one told us that the wash was half broken. The wash did such a poor job cleaning my car. Dirty rims, windows, and mirrors were left. Even after the manual detailing. They once did a great job but now I don't recommend at all. Spend your money at literally any other wash. I told the manager about my experience and was basically told to go somewhere else. New management needed and maybe new ownership. I know someone just bought them.$30 for one wash isn't cheap but I got cheap service. Someone needs to make this right. I understand things happen but don't blame your customers.Services: Polishing

Do not come here way over priced got the cheapest option and my truck still came out dirty 25 for a basic car wash

Pulled up very nice girl came to explain the menu to me assisted me in paying the wash was as normal I paid for the most expensive service the $40. When the wash was over there was supposed to be gentleman who came and towel dried and buffed my car out they did not they were standing around talking and on their phones. After sitting there for a few minutes I drove up to the self vacuum, vacuums worked good they had paper towels and Windex but then I had to proceed to dry my car myself and try to touch up all the spots that I paid them extra to get. It was an okay car wash but I would not pay $40 again for the service that I received.

I barely got seated when the employee handed me the keys and said my car was ready, red flag! I literally had to clean the inside of my car when I got home after paying them to. One side of the interior & windows was never touched by an employee. I had to wipe down the doors and seats myself with a damp cloth. The vacuuming was below average. The My car wasn’t even that dirty, just everyday use.

I arrived at a very busy time - cars were backed up. Maybe that's why they did such a sloppy job on the inside. But, when I shell out $25, regardless, I expect what I paid for.They never cleaned round my gear shift - there was gunk and dust still there. It was obvious it was never touched.The back trunk area, although I did witness the guy quickly vacuum it, still had lots of stuff that made me question if I actually saw him vacuum it.They removed my rubber mats and hosed them off, but I witnessed them throwing them back into my car dripping with water. My floors were wet!This is inexcusable and I am very disappointed.The outside looked great, but why did I pay extra for the inside?

I had to run through “look your best” twice and still my brand new car had bugs and dirt on it. That’s the most expensive wash cycle you can choose. On top of that they overcharged me and refused to give me a refund, never going back, I’lldo it myself at home thank you!!!

Never go there again, Worker and want to help me close my side mirrors. Never been there before so didn't know what I was supposed to do. The worker was more interested in getting people through there than she was helping anybody.
