I just recently went there to take advantage of their 1 week free trial, and everyone I talked to was super friendly and open minded! The coaches know what they're doing, not only in the physical aspect, but also the mental aspect! I would highly recommend people try this place out!

Legit jiu jitsu and boxing studio with a great, family oriented environment. The guys are all old training buddies and they are absolutely legit ??? glad to be back in the game and will assuredly return

hayastan has some great guys who are well versed in both jiu jitsu and boxing. great environment to learn, grow and gain discipline and it's a great class for kids as well. I've known these guys for years 10/10 experience

When you come here you are mainly doing 2 things; Exercising and learning defense. You definitely get fit when your here, and you can't say "I can't" there, so you have to do everything they do. Unlike most Martial arts studios, you earn belts by actually learning the material and not because you were there for a set amount of time. I have a classmate that goes to Master Seo's Top Martial Arts and he acts all high and mighty, when really all he is learning is a special dance. So honestly, this Gym is pretty amazing.

My daughter is very Excited about starting Mma, great gym, great atmosphere, very friendly!!! My daughter is 13 and felt very comfortable.
