I have never dealt with someone who does not honor his word and to be so frustrated with than I have with Bobby Steele with Charity Floors. It took at least 1 year with numerous promises back and forth through 210 emails, which mostly me texting with no response. I assumed he had blocked me or just sent my calls to voice mail. It took me to call from another phone line for him to finally answer. He says that they are professionals! ??? They knocked my oven door off the hinges which my husband had to fix. They failed to put down some molding in certain areas of the house. Then I started noticing all these small circles about the size of a dime in the floor, about 30 circles in random places. I asked Bobby if we needed to put something under the furniture and he said no that the floor is very durable. He came over to check the circles out and said that it wasn't their fault, that it was the manufacturer fault. The floor he put down supposedly has a 30 year warranty. He said that they would would honor their word and fix everything. After consistently trying to get him back to my house for a whole year, finally he sent one of his guys out to fix it after the last phone call from an unknown number. Bobby sent me a text the night before giving me the company's website and the sales guy's name. He also said they only had 2 boxes and he would have to order another box or LIVE WITH IT but I did not respond. I was just so happy just to get the floor fixed that I did not even remind him of the other problems because I was so tired of all the all his lies. The guy kept apologizing to me that it took 1 year for them to fix the problems. Has Bobby with CHARITY FLOORS called me to see how it looked now. NO!!! So if I could I would rate them less than a one and recommend or advise people not to hire this company if they want professional work to be done. Oh and by the way, Bobby there is still a few small circles and I guess I will LIVE WITH IT and the boards have a duller shine. He also referred me to this company Nicklaus Lee Carpets that this company sold this product to them. The Manufacturer's name is "HAPPY FEET".

BUYERS BEWARE! WE'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM ONCE IN THE PAST AND THEY DECIDED TO CHARGE OUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE AGAIN WITHOUT A PURCHASE BEING MADE. THEY NEVER REFUNDED OUR CARD AND WE CONSIDER THIS AS A FRAUD. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS MERCHANT.

Mr Lee was very knowledgeable about his carpet. I guess what really sold me was his hospitality and treating you as a person not just another customer. His wife was also very knowledgeable. First class people, first class service.Carl Powell
