I've worked in IT for over a decade for some big names. So I'm not easily impressed. My Tech Bench does impress me. I've brought them some very outside of the normal type of problems and they were able to do it with ease. They are experts when it comes to hardware. If they can please a programmer like me, imagine what else they can do.

I have had the need for My Tech Bench services for our laptops a couple of times now. If you want honesty, efficiency, quick turnaround and wonderful customer service, this is the place to go. I will not trust my repairs to any other company ever again.

This places is great. I only give them 5 stars because I can't give more. I walked in there and Kile was so helpful and ready to assist me. I left two apple tablets to get repair. Within hours I got a call from Christian to let me know that I can go back and pick up my iPads, as he had already fixed them. Definitely will make this place my go to for all my electronics needs and I highly suggest everyone does too.

Fixed my back glass but didn’t remove any camera s or motherboard while lazering the glass from back glass fix ended up puncturing my lcd screen while made it un usable do not go to them they will not refund your money or fix for free even tho they broke it!

Christian is the G.O.A.T,
I called this and another store in dalton regarding a screen repair and a charging port replacement. Store 2 gave me a price and told me to come in, Christian at Techbench gave me a lower quote and said i likley dont need a charging port, it probably just needs cleaned. In the end it just needed cleaned (which they don't charge for) so i only paid for the screen + tip. It was done very quickly as well.

TOOK MY PC IN 3 WEEKS FROM TODAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS… MY RIG FAILED TO TURN ON… HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES FOR SIMPLE STATUS UPDATES… TOOK THEM 2 1/2 WEEKS JUST TO EVEN TOUCH IT… THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER… I GAVE THEM PLENTY OF TIME TO DO THERE THING WITHOUT BOTHERING THEM… FINALLY GOT FED UP AND HAD MY PC PICKED UP… I WASN’T CONCERNED ABOUT TIME AS I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE PRE EXISTING WORKLOADS, BUT EXPRESS THAT… DONT SIT MY UNIT TO THE SIDE AND SAY “THEY CAN WAIT”… DON’T LEAVE CUSTOMERS IN THE DARK… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…. I WOULD NOT RETURN!!!

My daughter broke her back glass on her IPhone 13 Pro Max, brought it to tech bench and they fixed it no problem! We also had an issue with the battery and tech bench replace the battery and saved me 600$. Tech bench are life savers and have amazing prices especially for the newer IPhones (which is hard to find). 10/10 customer service and IPhone repair. Go to them!!! ??
