I WENT TODAY AUG 18th SO SUPERVISOR COULD SEE MY CAR HE WAS VERY NICE AND SAID HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO I LET HIM KNOW MY OTHER SIDE WAS DOING THE SAME THING HE SAID HE WOULD TRY HIS BEST TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO I LEFT PLEASED TODAY NEXT TIME I DO SERVICE I WILL ASK FOR HIM HE WAS GREETING FROM THE TIME I ARRIVED TO THE TIME I LEFT ???
I DONT RECOMMEND TO BY OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE I PURCHASED A NISSAN ROGUE 2021 SPORT HERE AND 1MONTH LATER TOLD THEM MY RADIO/SCREEN WOULD SHUT OFF COMPLETELY THEY NEVER FIXED IT THEN I WENT BACK TO TELL THEM THAT THE BOTTOM PLASTIC FROM DRIVERS OUTSIDE DOOR HAD CAME LOOSE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT WENT TWICE TO GET IT FIXED AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT BECAUSE AS SOLN AS I DROVE IT ON HWY 75 it FLEW OFF COMPLETELY AND WHEN I TOLD THEM YOU GUYS HAD SUPPOSING FIXED IT THERE EXCUSE WAS HOW DO WE KNOW YOU DIDNT PULL IT OFF LIKE OK YES IAM GOING TO TAKE IT OFF SO MY CAR CAN LOOK TERRIBLE I DONT THINK SO BUT I TOLD THEM IF I COULD SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR BUT EVERY TIME I CALLED HE WAS NEVER THERE AND I HAD BEEN TALKING TO SOMEONE ABOUT BUYING MY SONS CAR WHO JUST TURNED 16Yrs old THERE BUT AFTER THIS I DECIDED NOT TO GO WITH THEM THIS WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Don't ever go here! I traded in my my jeep renegade. They just took my car didn't give any trade in value. They all lied about prices they are just a scam! Please dont go here a 22000 car for 36000 because they just basically stole my trade in. It should be illegal what they did stay away. good people shouldn't have to go through this !!!!!they lied to me the whole time and there's a gap in the trunk all that brand new for nothing. I wish I could give negative stars ?. They are even trying to buy reviews ? what a joke a tank of gas after that corporate needs to look into this and maybe I should contact a lawyer and see if anything can be done.

Great experience with Mtn view Nissan. Zac was very helpful both on the phone and in person. The vehicles I considered were all in good condition and ready to roll. Sales process was timely and efficient as was finance. All in all a great job by Mtn View!
