If you are delivering Fondu/Cement, receiving time is from 7am-2pm. Nice folks and restroom available. No overnight parking for cement driver, but we can find parking along the street. When unloading, it's best to park at an angel just in case another driver shows up. Upon entering, you have to go to receiving office and they'll tell you when to get on scale.

my appointment is at 14:00 arrived at 11:30. I am assigned a dock, I got there, and they finished loading by 13:00

Plenty of space to maneuver park near the docks check in the office, people working there are really polite and professional. Whole process took about 2 hours loaded

Receiving is in the back of the building. There is only one door for dry van. But fast unloading. Less than one hour for unloading.

Driver check in lady is super nice it’s not a bad place. The driveway can be tricky if there’s a whole Lot of trucks here though not much room for staging. But not too bad for a pickup.
