Usually able to find what we need in stock. Store clean and well stocked. Bathroom always clean and stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Could use more scooters for the elderly due to the size of the store.

We bought a washer from Lowe’s three weeks ago they delivered. It was the wrong washer so we went down there and we had it picked up. We ordered the rot washer. They came and picked it up. Then today they delivered the new one which was exactly the same one they picked up the wrong one again so we paid a $30 delivery fee For them to bring the washer the washer twice so now we have to wait another week and repeat the whole process. This is disgusting and unacceptable.

If you need help with something do not go to the Dalton Lowe's! I have been there on two separate occasions and the first time the employee was very rude when I asked for help. He told me to look up and see if I could find what I need. I told him I wasn't sure what I was looking for and he said we'll go home and ask your husband not me. The second time I went was today and we waited for assistance in getting something that was employee only just to find out that none was around to help. So you either get someone who is very rude or no one at all. Home Depot is the place to go and it's only a little further down the road.

Took me a while to get help to find an item, then at the register it took over 12mins for a price check for an isle across the register. Finally left without the item needed.... ???

My Daughter bought a washing machine there little over a week ago. It hasn't worked right. But when we wanted to give it back. They told her once it's out of box it's yours. Well, maybe they should change their policy.Because they sold a malfunctional washing machine and refuse to take it back.I would give them a zero if they had a star for that. We'll drive a little farther to go to home depot next time. The way I look at it lowes does not care about customer satisfaction.

Purchased two appliances here this week and the delivery and hookup process today was smooth and professional compared to when I got an appliance delivered from Home Depot a couple months ago. Will use Lowe's from now on.
