NOT ADA friendly handicap parking spaces are far away from the door while the ones closest to the door are regular parking. Just having double knee replacement makes walking difficult enough without the nonsense. Not to mention that the store itself isn't scooter friendly. Many of the employees will act like they don't see you making you have to back down the isle and go around them some isle are so narrow you can't use a scooter in them at all.To much clutter in isle ways.

My pharmacy was out of my medication so I went to the Kroger on Cleveland hwy. They had my medication but didn't take my insurance, but Laura and Maria was super helpful and got me discounted price. Thank you ladies for being so helpful and sweet! Great customer service!

Never in my life have I ever had to wait 6 hours for a prescription refill. There is 1 girl who is blonde and has huge painted on eyebrows. She is very rude. Even if you tell them you are going to sit and wait it doesn't matter. I saw a elderly man who was probably in his 80s who was told he had to come back in 4 hours. Even after him explaining that he doesn't drive and would have to get another ride the pharmacy tech lady didn't care. No more kroger for me

Easily my least favorite grocery store in Dalton. The aisles are very narrow and filled up with merchandise racks blocking the way. The store is old and run down and needs a remodel desperately. I try to use the other location on Walnut when possible as it is a great store.

If the app is available, usable. It would beat standing in a Long, No allowable room to social distancing line to then find out 1's ready 1's about 20 minutes out. Ugh! Nice staff though, look for my best deals Kroger Rx member or my scam health insurance deals...

My family and I have been using this store for 40 plus years. Until today I praised it's glory as well as all the employees. On my last pickup order I had a couple items missing. I called in and made them aware. When I went in today, the manager all but called me a liar. He told me there was nothing he would do. He'd had enough issues with me previously. I needed to check out and leave the store. What a piece of work.... Hello Corporate!?!

Pitiful excuse for a Kroger store. Poor management, lots of out of date merchandise, smells awful and poorly staffed in the front. Never more than 1 register open, leaving customers waiting in line entirely too long and in these times too close together! Not all your customers are able or want to check themselves out!

For starbucks*** I believe her name was Ashley. She was not interested in helping me. Was yelling demands at others "can someone get that phone?" While I was trying to order and to top it all off, I had to tell her how to make my beverage that I have had made here on a couple of occasions. I had to literally tell her how to make it. This is unacceptable and if she did not know how to make it, she should have asked. Not only that but she was quoted saying "we don't make those here" and I felt as though she wanted to make me feel uncomfortable. So very rude and she needs to learn how to talk to people. Btw she was not busy. I was the only one in line.

Kroger has given up on this store. Maybe it will close soon so going there is not an option for me and my blood pressure will stay in check.

I don't make a habit of yelping grocery stores. With my Atlanta background, since moving up here I keep the mindset of no expectations no disappointments. Living in the Ringgold area that really applies. So we drive the ten miles to Dalton to shop at a store with a wider selection of products. Some how this store hasn't gotten the message that if you advertise a product it's always helpful to keep that product in stock. It's happened the last three times in this particular store. I guess stocking shelves only happens in the off hours and after that the "while supplies last" slogan applies. That's a catch all phrase for we don't staff enough people and/or we can dump some of our slower moving stock on 'cause we know you'll take if you can't get what you came for. Cheesy either way. Too bad much money was just spent on a remodel to start people shopping at Food City in next strip center over. 8-24-18. Stopped there with the idea that maybe there had been an improvement. WRONG. Sale items wiped out, absolutely no one stocking, the store's overall appearance was dingy, We weren't there in off hours Friday around 5:30pm. Kroger appears to have given up on this store.
