The ad or website says they cash insurance checks well I took mine to get it cashed waited in line for 20 minutes or longer to be told you only cash payroll checks. Yet there is a long line of the types of checks you cash. Including personal checks but not a check from a highly reputable company like State FarmP

They advertise that they have a check cashing service, but in fact they do not cash checks, just another misleading advertisement from Kroger.
