DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I could this is the worst internet company in north Georgia. Since moving to my house 7 years ago they have came to service my internet 40+ times. That’s not an exaggeration either. Any time you get on the phone With this company it’s a virtual game of telephone tag. It’s always someone from a third world county who picks up the phone and barely speaks English. The last time kinetic came to my house they had to add an extender because there “fiber wifi” gigabit wifi can’t even reach downstairs. Even after the extender!!!! Right outside my room!!! This company will bandaid anything they can rather then just doing real work. Today it took me 40 mins. To load google for school work. If you like To do anything streaming wise gaming wise you can’t. And if I could get different internet I would but where I live you can’t get any other service. I seriously never think things will change there. They’ll just keep rebranding.

It has been a very long time since I have had to have a technician come out to my home. I cannot say enough good things about these guys they were on time they communicated as I was told they would, and very very friendly and helpful you could tell they were knowledgeable and did all they could do on this end to solve the problem and then had to call in someone else because it was out of their field. My problems were resolved timely, correctly, and efficiently. They were so nice and friendly which is a rare thing these days. I appreciate them very very much.

The awesome technicians are the only saving grace for this company. Scheduling and communication are the absolute worst... they don't care how long their customers are without service. I can't wait until we have another choice for internet service
