Daniel did an outstanding job of fixing the the technical problem with my phone and had everything up and running in less than 15 minutes. The prices for repair are very reasonable and Daniel always goes above and beyond toprovide impeccable customer service. 5 out of 5 stars. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

I had difficulty finding the right sized iPhone case for my phone. Greg was a tremendous help to me and got me fixed right up. He was very professional and kind. Highly recommend iSpecialize!

I had my screen replaced by iSpecialze and the replacement screen failed within the first few days. Dan went above and beyond to make it right and replace the screen free of charge. It’s so hard to find a company who will stand by their product, but happy to report that iSpecialize is one of them.

Most businesses like this would relay mainly on selling reconditioned and / or updated devices, they are only doing repairs that are more expensive than the broken device itself (not their fault if this is what the spare parts cost) and a small selection of new devices, most of which your service provider may give you for less. Nothing wrong on their part, it is just the structure of the market that tends to kill small businesses and shift everything to the (already outrageously overpriced) oligopolies. They absolutely deserve the support of the community, but they have to find ways to support the community first.

Absolutely fantastic! I had trouble with my MacBook that wouldn't turn on and I tried everything I could at home. When I took it to iSpecialize Dalton, they were SO helpful!*For reference, I have a MacBook Air 13" from 2014...so I know my laptop is probably nearing retirement, but thanks to iSpecialize, it's still kickin'!I didn't make an appointment and just walked right inside and was greeted immediately. The front desk person first tried to run a simple diagnostic test while I was there and no luck. I appreciated that they tried to see if there was anything they could do quick and simple first before I left! She gave me a rough time estimate and took my information so they could update me. I also appreciated that they asked the priority level. I'm lucky that I could borrow someone else's laptop, so I didn't need it back insanely fast.They worked on my laptop for about 6 days, I believe. I got a phone call (or voicemail when I didn't answer) every step of the way! The problem ended up being the charging port and I felt like I was very fairly charged for their services. Well worth the money versus having to replace the laptop! A few days after I picked up my laptop, they followed up with me just to make sure everything was working 100%. And no, they did not ask me to write this review.I went to a different tech repair shop for my phone a few years ago and it was the absolute worst experience ever. iSpecialize Dalton was the complete opposite in the best way. I will never go to a different tech repair shop! Friendly, efficient, knowledgable, kind. Very happy customer :)10/10 recommend.

This business is wonderful, the employees are super nice and care about the quality of their work. I had my phone screen replaced, but there was a flaw that they noticed, so they called when the new screen came in and replaced it for free!
