Great pharmacy. I’ve used since the 90s. Jim, the owner is an outstanding pharmacist. These guys have a lot of medical supplies as well. Adam another pharmacist is excellent. Highly recommend

Will never buy DME from them ever again. I had questions about my DME claim and can not get anyone to call me back. They charge me full price for equipment 800.00 . Medicare said they’re not supposed to do that. They are supposed to file a claim in a TIMELY manner. Still have not been reimbursed. Guess I will have to talk to them face to face.

I would recommend Dart to anyone needing meds/DME. I’ve come here multiple times for DME for a family member. They’ve always had it in stock and the service was good. Recommend.

I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone! I returned a call to “Shawn” in reference to my 83 year old mother who lives in a nursing home and is on hospice not even knowing what the reason for the call was. Immediately his tone was rude and disrespectful, only caring about money, the bill that my mother has unknowingly accrued over the past four months. When I stated I do well to pay my own bills and I doubt I will be able to pay that large bill, he very rudely and quickly stated, “that’s ok, we’ll just stop giving her medicine then”!! Without her meds, she will die. So obviously this man has no heart, no compassion, and most definitely NO empathy since he lives comfortably on a pharmacist’ salary! I would never patronize this establishment and hope everyone who reads this will not either!

Ordered equipment months ago and still do not have an estimated time of delivery. Working with my insurance company to see if I can cancel with them and go with anyone else. Customer service has been rude and nonchalant about the wait.

Highly recommend, professional and hospitable service. I love supporting family owned, local businesses. They treat you like family and will go over and above. You won’t find service like this from corporate owned pharmacies.
