Had a 2013 dodge Ram was paying it off got to where I owed half yesterday they came a towed my truck didn’t call me notify me or nothing then said I had to pay the full amount to get it back becarful they aren’t like they used to be anymore the guy named Juan there is their sells man he’s is a good guy always has been so if you still wanna Risk it and do business there talk to him but now I’m outta a truck and all the money I put towards it when I had the truck I had to fix a a lot of problems I have proof of all my payments and documentation stating what I fixed but it’s okay God will have a place for people like that never again will I purchase anything from Hawkins auto sale they are a joke

DO NOT GO HERE! the customer service was atrocious ! they wanted my husband to give them a 3000 down payment and when he tried to negotiate they blew vape smoke in his face!

I really hated to see my 2 cars go back from these people , I ended up with stage 4 kidney failure and my husband could no longer pay the payments on both of them plus he had bought me a new car so definitely couldn't afford 3 car payments. Everyone at this place is super friendly, and they work with you no matter what! I would definitely suggest to always go to these people if you are looking for a low down payment with a great vehicle!
