I’ve used this company twice now. This will be the LAST time. They blamed us for defects in flooring that ABSOLUTELY 100% we did not do. We were ridiculously careful. I’m not even sure how one would make these huge dents in the flooring and think a customer did that? I have very low grade lvp in my current home and have ZERO holes after 7 years of living in the room and a child being the primary one in the room so destructive! They were also a week late to ship our flooring which with extremely upsetting and really held us up. I normally only complain when necessary and this was one of those times. I wish it could’ve be a 5 star review and glowing. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Name on the order Kay Ruch and it was to Bethany Illinois shipped to Brush Enterprise paid over 5000$ for this. I was also, told we colored in area on the floor with black marker?! This is literally disgusting. I’m literally so shocked we were blamed and told we colored in flooring! We needed to order more anyways why on earth would I bother messing with coloring in pieces. I just DO NOT understand. This was so grossly unnecessary and inappropriate to do to a customer.

What a great experience. I received 2 quotes locally in NC for Mohawk Revwood Premiere Sunbathed Pecan laminate flooring, both within dollars so very competitive. As I was about to commit I decided to check online and came across GA Carpet Industries/Dalton, GA, first time hearing of them. I found the exact item on their site, received an auto generated instant quote & thought it was an error since it was nearly $1800 cheaper so I messaged & received reply Monday morning from Breanne. To my surprise the quote was correct, it was $1800 cheaper! I then became skeptical..why so much cheaper, it must have defects or been returned, etc. Breanne confirmed it was all brand new & free from blemishes. We decided to go with GA Carpet. My biggest headache was shipping. They have strict guidelines for delivery, and inspection upon delivery to assure no damage, if damaged it seems it could take some time to get resolved based on some reviews I read, so this had me a bit worried. Items ships via tractor trailer truck. I contemplated driving 10 hrs to p/u myself to assure no damage, or just have it shipped. I had it shipped in the end, it went via Southeastern Freight direct to my husbands work. We saved even more money than expected shipping here rather than my house since it had a dock door. I did not buy insurance. It arrived in perfect condition, 2-day service, and installed beautifully with matching T-mold, and underlayment which I got from them also. I went to Home depot Lowes, and local carpet places. Jeff was amazing he sent me samples, and saved me so much money. He beat everyone's prices.Shipping was smooth, the whole process was great from start to finish. Thanks again Jeff! Georgia Carpet knows how to do business, it's a good company from my experience.

Dont waste your time or money! There are other places nationally and in Dalton that do a better job. This flooring company provided abysmal customer service, marked by blatant rudeness and incompetence. Additionally, I couldn't ignore the undertones of racism in their interactions, making the overall experience deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

Steve Brownlee is the best! Initially I was very wary about spending over $5k on luxury vinyl from a company thousands of miles away. However, throughout the whole process, Steve was there to answer all my questions (even on weekends), and helped me get the best deals on all the materials I need to order for my project. We ordered 96 boxes of high end Masland lvp online from Rick Sneed, at Georgia Carpet, and were delighted with his personal service and guidance. The product was delivered on time and without incident directly to our home out of state. Rick was very attentive throughout this process to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend him and this company.
