Didn't go to GameStop! I went to PT nails! I go there every 2 weeks and have my nails done for a long time now. Number 10 Tammy, is the woman that takes care of me and she is fantastic. I really recommend her to everyone!

Meh, I feel like no matter what GameStop I’m at the employees are always slightly rude and very lazy. I feel like customers who are trading in or selling a Console with multiple games and controllers should have to wait until all customers who are actively in line are dealt with. This chick could have easily slid over to the register next to hers and checked out myself, and the seven people behind me within about five minutes and slide right back over to the register she was checking every single one of these peoples games and controllers on the console that they brought. I know the world doesn’t revolve around me, but I also know that I am a very courteous man. That would’ve been the courteous thing to do and when I brought it up to her she made it seem like it would’ve been a whole lot of work when in reality, it would not have been at all (lazy)

This is the third time I've had to walk away from this gamestop even though they are supposed to be open. First time was after work and there was a note on the door saying willbe back at 7pm and it was 715 pm. This is the second time I've stopped by after 12 pm and the door was locked with the inside door slightly raised. It's 12:18 pm now and the time says it opens at 12yet its not open.

2nd time we've come here and they've been closed when the store said open. Today got here about 1 pm and there was a sign saying "be back in 15 minutes". OK, cool. Went to Walmart, came back at 2:15 to find another sign saying "be back in 30 minutes".

I went to buy a game I found on the wall. I paid for it and then they employee told me they didn't have the game in stocks! They gave me a refund but don't have it on the wall if I can't buy the game! So disappointed.

Used to be really good, then they fired the awesome employees that made it fun going in. They had a manager, Kyle, who was always fun to talk to and made these big plans for the new pokemon game and there was going to be snacks, a raffle and basically a party like the days of old. But now I am sitting in my car along with about 20 other cars, the store is closed and we're waiting for it to open. I even called out of work for this and put my Thanksgiving travel on hold to get even a small taste of the old days. Thanks Gamestop...not

Good place but if your looking for a new xbox storage don't buy the 1tb xbox storage for 220$ thats way to much for a ssd and of all things only 1tb blue western makes USB external ssd for 160$ or less and works just as well

Wonderful customer service today! My son's switch stopped working last night and thankfully they were able to trade it in for a new one with the warranty I purchased. Awesome knowledgeable employees who were just as excited to help my son as my son was to get a new switch

Walked in and was completely ignored by the people working there. Looked around for a few minutes and walked out. Employees never greeted me or asked if I needed any help.

Ordered an item for same day delivery yesterday. Today, I get updates saying my order has been dispatched. Then, at 11 AM I get a message that it's being canceled and refunded. Because the store is closed. At 11 AM. Customer service had zero idea what they were talking about, saying it was canceled because the store was closed (it was already out for delivery, and no, the store wasn't closed at 11 AM), and yes, it was available to reorder. No, it's not. This was literally the one thing my son *really* wanted for Christmas. Not the first issue I've had with Game Stop but I have definitely learned my lesson about them this time.Update: customer service called me back and fixed the issue by replacing my order with adjusted pricing & free overnight shipping. I am extremely satisfied with the resolution, I just know not to deal with the online chat in the future.
