PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!! I’ve had my phone and iPad fixed here multiple times and all they do is postpone the problem they do not fix your phone whatsoever I have had good experience with getting my screen replaced here however they put a new battery in my iPhone 11 that was not authentic (probably from Amazon) so my phone basically worked good for a while but now it is giving me problems worse than before I brought it in my battery will go from 65% to 3% all the time and it takes extremely long to come back on if it dies all the way my iPad had the charging port replaced twice and it still only charges at an angle same thing as before it worked fine for months and it is now acting up worse than when I brought it in I think these guys are trying to scam people by temporarily fixing their devices so you have to come back in and give them more money to have it fixed again when they don’t know what they’re doing.

I 100% recommend them they are super fast with the work they are really cheap for a screen repair I was super surprised when they told the price because the one I called before that was going to be $150 but I called them and it was only $80. The owner was really nice

I was super impressed with First Stop Fix. I called and spoke with Ali who quoted a VERY reasonable price beating out all the competitors here in the area. I needed to have the battery changed in a Google Pixel 5. He stated it would take two to three hours to replace/repair. Surprisingly, He called me within an hour and a half saying it was ready to be picked up. If you are looking for fast, friendly, inexpensive, and knowledgeable professional service this is the place to go! Highly recommend!!! A+++

All in all I’d like to thank the front desk associate LESLIE! She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I myself am inexperienced with technology, but she’s definitely skilled in guiding and explaining everything to do with the services the business provides, as well as with my personal device. She’s a very attentive young lady who knows how to make customers feel welcomed. I appreciate her service and I’m happy she was the person assisting me! Would highly recommend and come back again!

The owner and the associates were so friendly and extremely professional. I came in with A broken speaker and within 48 hours my phone sounded good aa new. Highly recommend and will be returning for any future issues

My charger would not go into charging port so I could charge and I took it to first stop and they found a piece of plastic stuck in it. They found it, removed it in less than 5 minutes. They were very courteous and helpful. Thanks First Stop Fix.
