DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY INSTALLED TIRES ON MY CAR, DIDNT REPLACE THE VALVE STEMS, DIDNT PUT BEAD SEALANT ON THE TIRE. I COULD HAVE DIED, AND THE GUY DONT CARE. WAS GOING 60MPH DOWN THE HIGHWAY, AND MY TIRE IN THE FRONT THAT WAS INSTALLED 2 MONTHS AGO CAME OFF THE BEAD ON THE INSIDE. IF THE TIRE WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY THEN THIS WOULD NOT OF HAPPENED STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I HAD BRAND NEW TIRES INSTALLED BY THEM. 2 MONTHS GOES BY, AND MY FRONT TIRE COMES OFF BEAD. THEY DIDN'T WHAT TO TAKE A COUNTABILITY FOR THERE MESS UP, INSTEAD THEY GAS LIGHTED ME SAYING THEY DIDN'T INSTALL MY TIRE'S DESPITE ME HAVING A RECITE, AND TEXT MESSAGES OF HIM SELLING ME THE TIRES AND SAYING THEY ARE GOOD TIRES. THEY DIDN'T PUT IN NEW VALVE STEMS, AND THEY DIDN'T USE BEAD SEALER. GO TO WALMART THEY HAVE BETTER PRICES, AND THEY TAKE ACTION FOR THERE MISTAKES. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AGAIN.

Friendly at first but won’t take any responsibility if they get into an accident with your vehicle. Brought it in to be check and fixed. One of them test drove it, had an accident and isn’t being responsible in any way to help for what he/they did. Biggest lost ever.

‼️WARNING‼️Just want to warn ppl about taking their car to The Fast Lane on Cleveland Hwy! My car was damaged there on the 4th of July and the court won’t do anything about it! I have all my evidence that it was damaged there but he got away with it! He even says in his response that he has video footage of my car not being damaged at his shop, but my car never left his shop till the police got there and got my key from him. What kind of mess is that! I’m now finding out that I’m not the only victim of this shop! Someone needs to stop them from doing this and getting away with it!

Excellent shop. I bought 2 used tires in Excellent condition. I also got an alignment an the tires balanced, all for $155. Prior to me going there, I had been to 4 or 5 other tire shops looking for my size tires that I needed, nobody had them. But I also got quotes an they were unbelievable. No where near an $155. They were all 200 an above.SO PLEASE GO TO FAST LANE FOR ALL OF YOUR TIRE NEEDS, AN REPAIRS.THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND THE PRICES CANT BE BEAT.

They had been great for the longest time. I still don't know what happened I payed for my engine left them with my vehicle. I assumed it would be 6-8 weeks. I didn't see my jeep again for 2 years. I had to harass them for updates there was absolutely nothing I could do and when we got it back the transmission was trashed. Not even contacting the BBB helped Despite the fact that I was not protected by law, these people are downright criminal. It was shady and inexcusable. To add insult to injury, they stole my battery.

They have had my truck for 6 months for an engine change. Everytime I go up they they tell me tomorrow, by Friday, come back later day. It is never done. It is excuses and lies and I am beyond tired of it. At this point I think my only option is getting a lawyer. Never trust a man or business that can't be true to their word. Such a shame.
