Lets start with the pharmacist at Family Pharmacy , Tracey and Bryan. They both answer any questions I've had about my medication. The have also worked with me on giving me the best price and apply coupons to my medicine if there is one available. The staff is also friendly they always greet you when you walk in even with a simple hello. Overall my wait time there is tops 20 minutes if I am ever there waiting. Been using family pharmacy for over 10 years (and so does my family) and wont go anywhere else.

We have used this pharmacy twice now for our son's adhd medicine. Today they tried to yank our chain several times, saying they can't fill prescriptions unless it's local,(mind you we only live 25 minutes away and cannot find our sons medicine ANYWHERE closer and have explained this), they told us that they couldn't fill it until Friday, (lie #2)We had to get our sons nurse on the phone and the pharmacy lied AGAIN saying they were already filling it,(even though they told us they would not do it), and finally the nurse was able to explain the same things we have explained and talk sense into someone at the pharmacy in order to get our sons prescription filled. It should NOT be this difficult if we have a valid prescription and have explained several times that we cannot get the medicine where we live, because every pharmacy near us is experiencing a shortage on this medication. If we had another option right now, we would take that, but we swallow our pride and do our best for our kids, this pharmacy needs to learn to do the same.

Our family has been with this pharmacy for years and they are amazing ppl! The know you by first name basis and actually care . The pharmacist go out their way to make sure you have your meds and that you don't go without. You feel comfortable when you go in there . They take time to talk to you and You can feel the love in there!!
