“Since new management has taken over I will say this place is the place to go sell to. They don't have ridiculous rules like their local competition and they will take almost anything as long as it's of value. The women that work here have turned this boring empty shop into an actual pleasurable place to browse for unique items. I have picked up some amazing things from here at low cost and I've left some amazing things and made food money. Great atmosphere, I'd highly recommend visiting!”

“My husband and I came here to get a new phone plan and phones and the worker who attended with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Her name was Lien, she was amazing! She transferred and put a Sim card in my phone and got my husband a great price on a nice iPhone and a Great deal on a very protective case for his phone since he's very clumsy. She was very patient with all my questions and answered every one of them with detail. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive and left no questions to be asked. I highly suggest going here and definitely asking for her if she's working!!”

“Phenomenal customer service with Luis!I had the great fortune of reaching Luis at this location when I chose the video chat option for customer support, even though I am in FL. Luis helped navigate a complicated change of plan, addition of new line, and two new phones as wellas porting a number from another carrier. During our call we were disconnected (he promptly called me back); we had to schedule a later afternoon call, and he was in constant contact with me regarding that follow up call, as he was running late at the time we had agreed upon.Even a week later, I had to reach out due to delays with the former carrier on my new line and the release of a phone number, and Luis was just as helpful as ever. He helped me arrange my trade-in drop-offs to a local store, as well as ensure I was getting the new phones with the memory and color I wanted, checking inventory at multiple stores.I can’t say enough—best customer service I have ever received from Verizon.”

“Had some subs and amp hooked up to my factory head unit. Everything looks clean, sounds great, just one downfall. It’s a big one for me, or I would have gave 10 stars if I could. Down fall is now my heated and cooling seats don’t work after the install.”
