Paid for guaranteed delivery and called to check in multiple times on my order and got different information everytime I called. Ended up canceling because they couldnt make the delivery in time I am very disappointed as this was meant to be a very special occasion which was completely botched. I will not be using this service again.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially Erica fruit was fresh and delicious maybe the sweetest pineapple I've ever had will definitely be back and recommend it to others

I’m biased but nonetheless I recognize when something branded is worthy of the price tag. The chocolate is a special proprietary blend from hersheys and no business around here can replicate it just ask Hersheys in Pennsylvania. Their menu has expanded and they have Ty smoosh bears. This place is perfect for when you need to apologize to someone ? or send your gratitude in chocolate form. I may not work here anymore but whenever they ask me to moonlight during a busy holiday this is where you will find me. Aren’t kids going back to school soon?

Straight TRASH, my boyfriend ordered me flowers from here, they came and were all browning and ugly not even fresh, also smelled like cigarette smoke for whatever reason in the bag. Called to get a refund and the lady was laughing saying corporate sent her those? Okay so you selling trash items are too expensive to be laughing about it, said a manager would call back we offered to bring their trash back same day but apparently its a joke.

I didn't receive what I ordered. This establishment's best practice when they can't fulfill a $200 order is to just deliver part of the order and hope you don't notice. They made no attempt to let me know they couldn't deliver what I paid for. The manager's customer service skills led her to tell me, "look I don't have time for this" and to hang up on the customer. Marie really needs some training. Don't order the $200 GRAND package. My wife got 1 rose and 12 strawberries!!! A complete ripoff!!

Tried to order once for a gift. The lady told me what I wanted wouldn't look good. She just kept telling me what I want and don't want. I knew exactly what I wanted. She just kept saying no that wouldn't look good. I mean we were the ones eating it so we should order simply for looks just to throw it away because it wouldn't have what we wanted on it? Hmmmm, no. No more business from my family and coworkers.

I arrived at 4:20 pm. Absolutely NO ONE in the store besides me. Nothing pre-made so I asked the lady to make me an arrangement. She refused and said I needed to come earlier. Really? You’re still open for business according to your sign. Guess this business is really flourishing and they don’t need mine.
