Diego was so helpful ! I almost cancelled my appointment because I had no luck with any other dealerships and thought it would be the same story there however he took the time to find an option that worked for me and helped me get into a dependable vehicle that fit my budget !

DO NOT LET SERVICE WORK ON YOUR CAR HERE! The service shop here keep my vehicle for 4 months. The never called me to give me an update and everytime I called they were rude and made up every excuse why my car wasn't ready. The manager was never helpful and acted like I was bothering him when I called. They charged me 3 times what the cost for my part and repair should have been. I have heard since they treat people this way all the time, do not use them.

They did some suspension work on my car without performing an alignment which was a required step of the process. This ended up destroying my tires. When I contacted them, they did not take accountability for the damage. If I hadn't stopped by another shop for some service, I would have no idea my tires were on the chords and unsafe to drive.

I had went over the weekend to test drive a vehicle I saw online. I was immediately greeted by a salesman that seemed nice until he wasn’t. He had asked for my contact information and my SS and I had told him multiple times that I do NOT want my credit ran until I knew for sure I wanted the vehicle. He kept on reassuring me that they would not do that. I was not happy with the vehicle and he kept on being pushy on to getting it because it was the end of the month and he wanted to get his bonus. I immediately left since I knew I did not want the vehicle and I did not feel comfortable conducting business with this place if i was going to be pushed into something to just get some sort of bonus when it could be bad for me. I checked my credit report and THEY RAN MY CREDIT. I absolutely had stated MULTIPLE times that I did not want that and I DID NOT SIGN ANYTNING NOR CONSENT for this to happen! I am absolutely furious!!! Stay away!!!!!
