It was horrible they couldn’t do the design I wanted and I asked for skinny natural nails I got bulky they paired my toes and it look like a 10 year old did then and then still charged me for the design I didn’t even get I will never go back there again and the lady argued wit me about my nail being sideways

My poor wife went here last week. Her gel nails only lasted 3 days before they lifted away and cracked. She also showed me her cuticles, and they were mutilated. When we went to talk to them about what happened, they would not administer a refund or a certificate to get it redone. All they offered her was to repaint her plain nails with polish. Absolutely abysmal service. I would not recommend unless you like to be bled while getting your nails done.

alrhough a bit pricey, but AMAZING JOB!!! Sandy did my nails today!! i am looking for a new nail salon and she took me as a walk in and did OUTSTANDING WORK!! my nails look gorgeous!! i think i have found a new nail home!!! yay!! did EXACTLY what i wanted in record time!!! shes sooo quick and thorough!!! ill definitely be back!!! WOW!

I’m sad. I went on Saturday to have my nails and toes done before leaving for vacation on Monday. On Tuesday my gel polish on my nails is coming off. Paid way to much money for this to be happening.Services: Polish removal

Horrible place. lady was so rude while doing a pedicure. There was no one here so in reality no time to rush. She was rushing the whole entire time. She would look at people, say something, and ironically everyone would laugh and stair. Don’t they realize these are the people that are putting food on your table? Now I see why this business went from the best nail salon in dalton to a fallen one. Horrible service.Service: Manicure

This place has terrible customer service and disregard for customers. My daughter and I walked in at 5:35, Ken said we’re very busy can you wait 45 min? I said sure, I’ll go to TJ Maxx and come back. We returned at 6:15, he said wait ten min. So we do, then he sits us in a chair. We both wanted mani/pedi!When we sat in the pedi chair there were five people sitting in chairs also waiting.So 15 min later a lady fills them all with water, and we wait some more. Meanwhile people are still coming in. Ken is telling them come back in 45-60 min. Instead of saying, we’re booked come tomorrow. So at this point my baby and I have been waiting 30 min, we wait another 15. Then I ask him how much longer? He says be patient there are people in front of you. I said I understand that, but when I first came you told me 45 min, had you said nearly 2 hours I would’ve said no thanks. So I’m the middle of me talking he walks away. I tell him I’m talking come back. He doesn’t! So I continue the convo loud enough so he and everyone can hear me. I explained that he wasn’t honest about the wait. 45 min was cool, I killed time shopping, but now we approaching another 45 min just waiting with our feet in cold water, and he’s still taking new customer asking them to wait.So I said to no one in particular does anyone want to buy my $50 gift card cause it’s the only reason I’m here. A young lady agreed to, she zelle me the money, I gave her the card and we left. I’ll never go back.

The lady removed the acrylic nails without nail remover harmed my daughters real mail. Went another day at 7 pm they didn’t accept us as customer as they closed , although there for hours saying they close at 8 pm , and on google too.

The owner Kim was very responsible one of his workers did not know what he was doing I had to come back twice to get my nails done and he did not do a good job at all will not return but do you want customers to know do not use this place if this guy does your nailsServices: Pedicure
