It was a great experience with the help of Marian in my move in process. She was on top with helping me gather all information to make my process quick and easy. She was great at her communication and making me feel confident and comfortable to being a first timer in moving in.
The community is beautiful and feels like home. They make sure to keep the community looking nice and clean.

Delighted with this place, lucky to call it home. Honestly, the attention and communication is great. They send you any news, if you need something they respond quickly, they solve what you require in any of the areas.A standing ovation to Mr. Eddie, who is one of those who always intervenes in the process. The efficiency with which he gets things done is unmatched. The ladies at reception and the entire environment.No complaints about my home from me.

I continue to be delighted with the Dawnville apartments... And the maintenance in them, especially the collaboration and performance of Mr. Eddie... Always so attentive to the repairs and maintenance of the common areas... Thank you very much Mr. EddieVery Grateful for the attention of the girls from Dawnville meadows apartments, especially Marian, who was very attentive and dedicated in the application process. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is very nice. 100% recommended!!!!!Dawnville Meadows Apartments, is a beautiful apartment complex... It is the ideal place to live, its common areas and the place in general are impeccable and I am sure it is because of Mr. Eddie... Who keeps the place in good condition every day optimal conditions.

I want to take a moment and say what a wonderful place to live in Dawnville Meadows. The grounds are beautiful and kept in pristine conditions. The management team is exceptional. They are always pleasant and willing to be of help anytime. I just can’t say enough about the place I call HOME!!!! I absolutely love it.Thank you Dawnville Meadows. ???

Our maintenance guy Eddie is amazing! He always makes sure if I have a problem it’s fixed as fast as he can. He also makes sure the property is well taken care of. He’s very professional and kind!

I recommend 100% this place to live with your family is very quiet and cozy the neighbors are very nice and the recreation areas are very clean but what makes Dawnville Meadow Apartments special is its management team especially Mr. Eddie (Handyman) is a very responsible and attentive person who always worries that everything is working perfectly the kids in our community appreciate him because he always talks to them and gives them advice I have more than 8 years knowing him and his beautiful family. I have known him and his beautiful family for more than 8 years. One of the many characteristics that Eddie has is that he is always available, even in his rest time he goes to any call that our community needs, thank you Eddie for your good service and thank you Dawnville Meadows for having such an exceptional human being in your ranks.My Names is Martha O Geronimo de Rivera And I have lived here since 2015 thanks

leaving this review in regards to maintenance personnel eddie, in the years of being a resident here we have always received the best care & quick service from him. he’s a respectable and professional employee, we have never had any issues with him. he’s always taken care of any issues quickly and promptly. He’s always went above and beyond to assistance us in anyway he possibly can. he takes care of the grounds of the apartments making sure everything is in presentable order. he always will make sure and check any issue we may have had is resolved, he’s the BEST part of dawnville meadows management. he makes our community feel like home.
