My wife and I relocated to North Georgia in search of an area with a small town feel. After purchasing our home, we ended up speaking with the team at Dan Combs (actually Dan himself). Their premium was very competitive. It dispelled the myth that you had to deal with an online bot to save money. And the service completed the small town feel. Lisa and the other office personnel were incredibly friendly, prompt, and patient at every step. We HIGHLY recommend them.

I've been a customer of Dan Combs State Farm for close to 25 years for Homeowner, Cars, and Personal Property insurance. Long story short, I called the office to speak with Dan concerning an email I received for an insurance quote on a new home. I was informed Dan is out on extended leave, so I asked to speak with a senior agent. I was put on hold then told the person who sent the email was unavailable. I asked to speak with another agent and the receptionist attempted to contact two other agents in the office. They refused to take my call stating I was assigned to the other agent. That particular agent already expressed via email that she did not know the answer to my questions. I still have questions that apparently no one is able or willing to answer.

I’ve been a faithful customer of State Farm for several years, but had to cancel my car insurance policy because unfortunately this office has made so many mistakes with their billing that I just couldn’t handle it anymore. Even after I clearly canceled my policy I was still charged almost a month later for a ghost policy. I called and questioned why, but all I’m getting is the run around. I’m not sure I’m getting my money back either.

Cassie was so very helpful switching not only my auto but also my homeowner accounts from Allstate to to State Farm. She has went above and beyond. When dealing with such important things that you work so hard for, it's nice to know you're taken care of.

Such a great agency! Cassie was so helpful and very informative. She followed up with me on all of my questions and made sure that I felt welcomed, as this was my first time dealing with insurance. I definitely recommend State Farm for all of your insurance needs and ask for Cassie!

I have had my car insurance policy with them for over 15 years. Any time I had questions or concerns there were agents who knew how to address those issues....over the last couple of years it seems as if knowone knows what they are talking about. Even tried to get my address changed with them after moving. Only for them to continue to still send my bill not only to my old address but also to my new one. I called their office to get the issue fixed, the agent said she's doesn't understand why I would get two bills....I said ma'am your send my bill with my personal information to a vacant home. Her response, " I don't know ma'am why they would do that."....and this has just been 1 of many issues with office. My mom and brother and grandparent have moved 6 vehicles and life insurance policies from this office because of the serious lack of communication, as well as agents are quick to make a sell but have no extensive knowledge of the products they are selling. If you have questions or concerns or just want to change something on your policy DO NOT go to the office...you will need to call the 1-800 number. You are better off doing it that way

We are so impressed with Dan's office. We were in need of an insurance policy, and Sean turned it around immediately. We had called several people in town, and we were waiting on quotes and information for WEEKS. We put in one call to State Farm, and Sean had us turned around and active same day with great service. We also deeply respect Dan's generosity and his consistent involvement in the community. He definitely sets the standard around here, and there's a reason people use Dan Combs--State Farm.
