Honestly I could have really did these nails myself if that was the case . I usually get my nails done at the nail bar in Chattanooga , but I happen to be in Dalton so I said why not just do it here instead . I went here for my first time and the dude who did my pedicure was too rough . The dude who did my nails they look a mess I can feel a lump on one of my nails . I low key want to take them off bc they just look like a 9 year old did my nails .

i had my nails done for one week now and they are breaking in half not even the whole nail coming off they are breaking in half i was just moving my pillow and its broke that has never happened to me before and i had my nails done before, they didn't even make the nails that i wanted they just look fat and not it i even showed a picture of what i wanted and they said i shouldn't go that long and if i want long nail ima get myself long nails.

Have been coming here for years and a lady who works there raises her voice and gets mad when I kindly explained what I wanted and when she proceeds to do what she wants to do. I explained that’s not how I want my nails and she gets mad and yells and says well that’s how everybody gets them. Well I’m not everybody.i will not be coming back at all. You do not treat your customers this way or you will end up going outta business being theirs a nail shop around here on every corner here in Dalton. They go up on their prices every time I’ve been in within the past few months it’s higher. Take your business else where and get better service!!

The lady that works there is rude and when you explain to her what you’d like done she wants to do what she wants and gets mad when you say NO I’d like it done the way I wanted, then as a customer you shouldn’t have to ask them to clean up the messy nail polish that’s on your skin not once, but twice. I’ve always used the guy and he’s really good, but the lady not at all. Step up ur game Dalton Nails!!!

Love the time and attention that they give to detail. Best pedicure that I've had in a long while and they did a much better job with my dipped nails than one of the competitors in town!

walked in at 9 am & was greeted with a rude yell, walked up to the man & told him I only needed two coats of gel polish, no manicure, no acrylic or dip & that I had 30 minutes. he said his staff would be in soon. I waited 15 minutes and his staff didn’t come in, he said that I should just go to the nail place next door since I was in such a hurry. I then told him that 30 minutes was more than enough time to do what I needed & that he was just understaffed & his employees didn’t come in on time. overall rude, I received no apology. the customer service here is clearly lacking.
