Only giving one star because I have to to leave this review. I've had two instances with Kylie in the pharmacy. She's very rude. You can tell she hates her job, and has no customer skills whatsoever. She left out surenges to give the medications as well, then when I went back and asked for them was completely rude and disrespectful for no good reason. I absolutely hate when I have to visit this one instead of Chatsworth!

I went to drop off 3 prescriptions for a respiratory condition I’m dealing with today around 1:30. Girl at window was giving me dirty looks the second I pulled up. I informed her I’d never been there before and asked if she needed my insurance as well. She scoffed at me and said “I don’t know, maybe.” I politely told her I’d hand it over just in case. She then gave me another dirty look and was holding the phone the whole time while I heard her complaining about my prescription request. She then said “I don’t have one so I’m not filling the others” I informed her another CVS down the road told me they did have it, and she said “LIKE I SAID, I don’t have it and I’m not filling it without all 3 available.” I asked for my prescriptions back and drove off. I went back to the previous CVS I had been to, and it was day and night the difference in treatment. He told me it was company policy that they can’t pick and choose what prescriptions to fill, and that if not all are available, they can’t fill just 2. If she had explained that and not blown me off as a burden, I would’ve been understanding. Instead, I was met with hostility and rudeness. Seems like if you hate your job SO much, and you don’t want to provide someone with medication, don’t work there? I won’t be back.

Horribly rude pharmacy staff. Unfortunately had a prescription sent in to this fine establishment.Main reason I only use White's pharmacy, they know how to treat people. Just down the road and a whole different atmosphere.

Horrible store location! People are rude, inconsiderate, and apparently dislike their jobs very much, to say the least. Living with Type 1 Diabetes, I have several prescriptions that I must have and am relegated to use this pharmacy (although I wish I did not have to). This location absolutely sucks compared to previous CVS locations I have used. Someone is upper management should do unannounced visits to the pharmacy or utilize a secret shopper program to see how they are treating their customers. In fact, I had to go last night to pick up insulin. I was 3rd in line and waited a long time before getting in front of the counter. I wasn't even greeted. The customer that was in front of me was told she should go to "drop-off" and see if they could help her. The customer asked what does that mean? The associated rolled her eyes and pointed to the crop-off counter and said "it's down there". This associate never smiled and was very rude. Unfortunately, this is par for the course with this pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The woman in pharmacy I spoke to, Amberlina, was very unprofessional. I was waiting at the “drop off” counter because my medication got sent to a FL so I assumed I would wait there instead of consultation or pick up. As we made eye contact, I smiled and let her know my situation. She rudely demanded “wait at the other counter where I am actively working”. I politely moved. When she asked for my DOB and name, again it was in the rudest manner. The other 2 employees in pharmacy were very polite when I checked out.

Worst pharmacy ever. The staff and manager are unprofessional, rude, and have absolutely no customer service. I went to get my medicine that has been out of stock everywhere today and SUPRISE my medicine is not there. The manager was condescending and extremely unprofessional. She said they must have given it to someone else but she is not sure. All she knows is that they do not have it. Great management skills…. She made no effort to check at other stores or act like she cared that this store is in the wrong. I digress… do not go here to get your medicines… they suck.

First time using this particular CVS. The gentleman that helped me with a refill over the phone was not rude or anything, just not the most friendly. Picked up meds through the drive thru with no issues and friendly service. So far so good and will continue as loyal customers as long as they continue to provide good service.

The worst Pharmacy In Dalton. Rude staff very unprofessional and many times I have to go without my Dr prescribed medication which can lead to seizures and possibly death. They have no soft skills and just don’t care about the individual. CONSUMER BEWARE. Do not use this Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy in town. Every time I try to give this place a chance because it’s close to my house, I am disappointed and have to go without my medicines. Tonight I went to pick up insulin that was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. I was told over the phone that it would be ready by 6pm tonight. I went at 10 until 7pm and they didn’t even have the insulin. This has happened too many times. It’s ridiculous. I asked them why someone would tell me it would be ready if they didn’t have it. I wasn’t rude about it at all but I was hoping they would do something about an employee telling customers that their prescriptions will be ready when they don’t even have the meds in stock. Another girl came around to the drive thru window and kind of yelled at me “idk who you spoke to on the phone, but we have to order that medicine. You could go to the other CVS but they close in 10 minutes. If you want to transfer your prescription you’ll have to get another pharmacy to call us.” She had an attitude and made me feel very unwelcome like they didn’t want my business. I’m sure she doesn’t care, but hopefully someone in charge does. There was no apology for the inconvenience. There was no rectification. No one should have to deal with this. Going without life saving medicine for days is unacceptable. And it’s all because they never have it together. They never have any medicines in stock. They tell you that they have it when they don’t. They waste your time and gas. I just let it go when I was dealing with that lady because I know no one in that place gives a hoot about their customers. She obviously doesn’t take pride in her work. I work in customer service and I would never act that way. I just hope that the owner knows how those that work in the pharmacy conduct themselves. They force customers to go somewhere else and they make it very clear that they don’t care and don’t want us there if we aren’t okay with going without our medicines.

I love waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru. I never have anything else going on in my day. I love CVS

I was using the location on E Walnut. This location is just as bad as that one. Rude staff that do not care about their customer service. CVS not doing anything to intervene in this city is horrible, both locations have 1-2 stars. TRASH COMPANY with horrible staff that is content with being trash.

My son had surgery and needed post-op meds. Went to CVS Hixson (where he lived) and they were out. (strike 1) Called CVS Cleveland Hwy and asked if they had it. They refused to tell me. Another pharmacy would tell me. (strike 2) Called doc and Rx was sent to CVS on Cleveland Hwy. went to pick up and was told by cashiers that they did not have it either. My hubs started talking loudly. Pharmacist heard and said that actually they do have it in stock but doc did not put frequency on Rx and could not be filled. (Cashier lied-Strike 3) She said she had a call into doc but not heard back suggested I call. I did. Pharmacist said she would call us when doc called-she did not (strike 4). We went home and doc called. The pharmacist had not left him message (strike 5). He had been on the phone for 30 minutes with Manager and Pharmacist and they were refusing to fill the Rx. (Strike 6.). According to the doc's computer the frequency was on the original Rx (Strike 7.). Called new Rx into Walgreen's and we had meds in hand within 30 min. First dose was due at 4:00. Was not taken until 7:30. CVS lost a minimum of 5 customers that night. 4 in our family and, most importantly, the doctor. Yes, CVS is his pharmacy and he said he is dropping them because of this! Shame on CVS! They need to go back to school in Customer Service!!!

This pharmacy does not care about visitors. I now realize bad review matters.
